Affected by the economic growth slowdown and the increase of labor costs,China's manufacturing industry has fallen into a dilemma,leading to constant brain drain and frequent employee burnout."Made in China" 2025 talent base is at stake.In such situation,this paper using the JDR model to analyze the job burnout reason and countermeasure of employees in enterprise Z,which is a typical manufacturing enterprise.The analysis is made from different aspects of the job requirements and job resources,to find the reasons of the Z enterprise employees' job burnout.And according to the company's internal and external environment and the actual situation,put forward the corresponding solutions.It is a realistic support for JDR model application in the enterprise management.To be specific,this paper first conducted a one-to-one interview with 20 employees of Z enterprise,and obtained the basic status of job burnout and the main factors affecting job burnout of employees of Z enterprise,so as to build a research model of job burnout.Second,by way of large sample questionnaire survey,issue 230 questionnaires and received 210 valid questionnaires.By using the SPSS20.0 software for data reliability analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,concluded that the job requirement in the work overload,role ambiguity and work-family conflict have positive influence on job burnout,and job resource that in performance feedback,supervision of leadership,and social support have negative impact on job burnout.Finally,combining with the actual management status of Z enterprise,this paper proposes management measures to effectively solve the problem of job burnout of employees in Z enterprise from the aspects of how to control its job requirements and improve its job resource allocation.
