Research On Evaluation Of Internal Control Of Private Enterprises In Big Data Environment

After more than 40 years of development,private enterprises have gradually grown into an indispensable part of China 's economy,which has an important impact on alleviating the country 's tense employment situation and promoting the marketization process.One of the important reasons for this status quo,especially in the big data environment has changed the internal control environment of private enterprises,and the requirements for internal control have also increased.The fate of "short-lived" is of great significance to achieve long-term and stable development.This article first introduces the concepts and theories of big data and internal control,defines the boundaries of private enterprise internal control,from the perspective of big data,uses literature research methods,and refers to the "Basic Standards for Internal Control of Enterprises" to select indicators to form an initial Index list,using SPSS software to collect data,and finally build a private enterprise internal control evaluation index system under big data environment,which includes 6 first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators.Secondly,the AHP-entropy weight method is used to determine the index combination weight,and the gray comprehensive evaluation model is used to calculate the gray association degree of the index.Finally,using the established evaluation model to evaluate the internal control of Company A,it is concluded that the internal control of Company A is not perfect,and this conclusion is consistent with the results of the self-assessment report of Company A.Suggestions for improvement to improve the quality of internal control of private enterprises,and at the same time provide references and references for other private enterprises to optimize internal control,and promote the long-term development of private enterprises.
