As the core of the land system reform, agricultural land transfer has many potential benefits, such as reducing the reduction of cultivated land, improving the scale of management, promoting non-agricultural employment, ensuring national food security, and improving the household flow of farmers.the road. However,in reality, due to factors such as incomplete land property rights, incomplete market mechanisms, lack of intermediary service organizations, and regional differences, the development of China's agricultural land transfer market has been slow, and the supply and demand docking has not been smooth. Most farmers choose to trade privately during the transfer of farmland. Most of the farmland circulates between relatives, friends, and neighbors. The farmland leasing market has evolved into a "personal market" that relies on a network of relationships. At the same time,in the process of moderately large-scale development, the peasant household group has formed a multiplicity of differentiation represented by new types of agricultural operators, traditional small peasant households, and non-agricultural employment peasant households, which not only affects the perception of farmland transfer willingness and behavioral decisions,And with the deepening of the degree of peasant household differentiation, the social order structure of acquaintances based on the relationship network has changed, and the peasant households may recalculate the transaction gains and losses of the relationship network in the transfer of agricultural land.Such differences in peasant household differentiation will inevitably cause the relationship network to Changes in the role of agricultural land transfer behavior. So,can the relationship network and the differentiation of peasant households really promote the transfer of peasant households' farmland? What is the degree and direction of the impact of different types of relationship networks and farmer differentiation heterogeneity on farmer land transfer behavior? Is there a difference in the impact of the degree of farmer household differentiation on the farmland transfer behavior of different farmer households at different levels of the relationship network? These are the practical problems that must be faced to realize the innovation of agricultural land transfer mechanism.Through the review and evaluation of relevant literature at home and abroad, this research clarifies the research dynamics of the relationship network, the differentiation of farm households and the behavior of farmland transfer out,and then in the theory of farmer behavior, farmland property rights theory, transaction cost theory, strong and weak relationship theory and Under the guidance of a multi-dimensional theoretical system such as social resource theory, using the sample survey data of 456 farmers in three cities in southern Shaanxi, the Double-Hurdle model was used to analyze the impact of the relationship network and the differentiation of farmers on the farmland transfer behavior of farmers. The role of farmer household differentiation in farmland transfer-out behavior is strong and weak, and the moderating role of farmer household differentiation in the relationship network's influence on farmer farmland transfer-out behavior is discussed. The research shows that from the field survey data of farmers in southern Shaanxi,43.4% of the farmers have farmland transfer out behavior, but the scale of the transfer of farmland is relatively big,and the average farmland transfer rate per household is 65.9%,the strong connection network of farmers is slightly smaller than the weak connection network.Empirical research shows that relationship networks and farmer household differentiation are important factors affecting farmland transfer behavior.Specifically, the strong connection network and the weak connection network in the relationship network have a significant positive impact on whether farmers transfer out of farmland and the scale of transfer of farmland. The deeper the degree of differentiation, the easier it is for farmers to transfer out At the same time, the larger the scale of the transfer of agricultural land;in the phase of whether to transfer the agricultural land, the promotion effect of peasant household differentiation on the transfer of agricultural land is the strongest, the promotion effect of strong connection network is second, and the promotion effect of weak connection network. The weakest;at the stage of transfer of farmland, the differentiation effect of farmer households on the scale of farmland transfer is the strongest, the promotion of weak connection network is the second, and the promotion of strong connection network is the weakest. In addition to directly affecting farmer's farmland transfer behavior, farmer differentiation also played a weakening regulatory role in the strong connection network state, inhibiting the strong link network's promotion effect on whether farmers transfer out of farmland, and in the weak connection network state. It plays an enhanced regulatory role and improves the positive impact of weak connection networks on the scale of agricultural land transfer.According to the above research contents, the following suggestions are proposed: When constructing the agricultural land trading platform, the advantages of information sharing and trust-building in relational networks should be brought into full play;promote the non-agricultural employment of rural laborers through increased training and employment information;A social security system;a formal system for agricultural land transfer based on an informal system;a weak connection network that expands after farmers' differentiation is connected with capital and entrepreneurship, and promotes agricultural scale operations.
