With the development of China's economy,the city's logistics market is becoming more and more popular.Because of the differentiated competition of intra-city logistics services,the differentiation trend of the pricing method of logistics services and the unfair of the price of intra-city logistics services,the fair and reasonable pricing method is not only the key to meet consumers' demand for logistics services in the same city,but also the basis for promoting the development of logistics services in the same city.Faced with the unfair phenomenon that consumers pay the intra-city logistics services in different prices,how to make a reasonable pricing strategy to balance the unfair phenomenon of the market is the key to promote the better development of logistics service.Firstly,the paper uses the cost of the third-party logistics service and the average profit of the industry to establish a cost-oriented basic dynamic pricing model;Secondly,in view of the change of vehicle path and time which lead by the randomness of the demand for intra-city logistics services,the paper establishes fair function model of haul distance and fair compensation function model of time to quantify the fair transportation distance and the fair service time respectively to make the pricing model reflect the form of compensation price;Finally,the paper constructs a dynamic pricing model of comprehensive distance equity and time equity according to different subjects of compensation price.Firstly,make a research on the dynamic pricing of intra-city logistics service which considering the fair distance.Construct a dynamic pricing model of intra-city logistics which based on transportation distance equity according to the characteristics of random change of vehicle route transportation distance caused by random demand of intra-city logistics.Solve transportation distance by simulated annealing algorithm to accurate cost control,improve the accuracy of the model,reduce the unfair price paid by consumers and improve the efficiency of logistics and transportation.Research shows that fair compensation price for freight distance of intra-city logistics service not only varies with the change of order quantity but also varies with the differences between the place where the consumer orders and the place where they are delivered.And they all show positive changes.A numerical example shows that this model can accurately measure the actual logistics costs borne by different consumers and the payment price of consumers with the dynamic change of order quantity.Secondly,make a research on the dynamic pricing of intra-city logistics which considering the fair service time.Establish a dynamic compensation price model of intra-city logistics which based on time equity according to the characteristics that the completion time of intra-city logistics service changes with the change of vehicle route.Combined with the simulated annealing algorithm,make out the completion time of each customer's logistics service and at the same time,construct absolute time fair compensation function model and relative time fair compensation model according to the order time.The research shows that time fair compensation price the of intra-city logistics changes with the time required for the completion of customer's order,and shows a reverse change.A numerical example shows that this model can dynamically change the consumer compensation price according to the different service time for consumers.Thirdly,make a comprehensive research on the dynamic pricing of intra-city logistics considering the distance equity and time equity.Based on the fair pricing model of transportation distance focuses on the consumers' actual logistics cost borne and the time fair pricing model emphasizes on the quantification of time equity from the length of time between customer order generation and service completion,building a dynamic pricing model of comprehensive distance equity and time equity according to the different subjects of compensation function.The research shows that the price of intra-city logistics service changes dynamically with the change of service cost and service time.A numerical example shows that the customer's payment price changes in inverse proportion to the time required for service completion,and in direct proportion to the order transportation distance,and the change range of customer's payment price is between the prices considering time fairness and transportation distance fairness respectively.Finally,evaluate the research content,and put forward the further research direction for the deficiencies.
