In recent years,China's online food safety problem is increasingly serious.Online food safety cases have been kept in the forefront of the complaints or exposed events in the March 15 gala of CCTV,which indicates that the safety problem of online food operation in China is becoming more and more serious.Both the government and the public have attached more and more importance to it.At present,food safety regulation is mainly by Market Supervision Administration in our country,but network food market is lack of effective means,online food safety is not guaranteed,the business order is not standardized,retrospective responsibility is difficult to implement,After-sales rights and other problems emerge in endlessly,the government regulation often failed to keep pace with ever-changing market.In view of the particularity of online food market,how to regulate the network environment to be more safe and consumers' rights and interests to be effectively safeguarded has become an urgent task to be solved.It is also one of the hot issues of public concern.This study starts with the supervision status of network food safety in Pingyang County,Wenzhou.Analyze the problems of network food safety supervision in Pingyang county systematically.Combined with the data collected through investigation,practical work experience and relevant theoretical knowledge,summarize the research progress at home and abroad,aiming at the problem of network food safety in Pingyang County at the present stage and its causes,propose the countermeasures of optimizing and strengthening network food safety supervision in Pingyang County.
