Nowadays,with the rapid development of market economy,the competition among enterprises is more and more fierce.As the first element of enterprise development,the position of talents is more and more important.How to make the talents stay in the enterprise,play a better role for the enterprise,bring greater economic benefits for the enterprise,is now the primary problem facing the enterprise.Condiment company A due to the relatively large size itself,many staff and organization is relatively complicated,in terms of sales staff performance appraisal,there are certain problems,the company developed prior performance appraisal system has not adapted to the development of the current market demand,these problems not only hit the sales staff's work enthusiasm,also affected the market development of company A.In this case,it is necessary to improve and optimize the performance appraisal system of sales staff.How to give full play to the enthusiasm,creativity and subjective initiative of the sales staff and create more benefits for the company has become the main concern of the management of the company.This thesis studies the performance management of selling personnel in company A selling personnel as the research object.First,the basic process of performance,performance evaluation and performance appraisal for simple instructions,comprehensive utilization of the literature survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,data analysis,and use the key performance index method,method of balanced scorecard and 360 degree performance appraisal method,target management.Secondly,the current performance assessment system of A seasoning company has unreasonable weight ratio,unreasonable assessment period and unreasonable application of performance assessment.Analyze the causes of the above problems and put forward the solutions.And under the support of relevant basic theories of performance appraisal,the performance appraisal system of sales personnel is designed.Finally,combined with the actual situation of condiment company A,a set of scientific and perfect performance appraisal system was proposed,and the effective appraisal method was used to solve the problems existing in the performance appraisal of sales personnel of condiment company A.
