Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's furniture industry has developed rapidly and has become a major furniture producer and consumer country in the world.The success of this industry is inseparable from the steady development of our country for a long time and the development strategy of seeking progress in stability.The future development goal and strategy of an enterprise is guided by the results of enterprise performance appraisal,and plays an important role in the development direction of the company in the next few years.It can be said that it covers the macro policy level of enterprise daily work management,and is implemented from each functional department to each employee in the Department.The main purpose of this paper is to optimize the performance plan of E company's salesmen.Performance appraisal is to take the enterprise strategy as the guidance,take certain methods to assess and evaluate the plan,implementation,feedback and results of the enterprise's long-term development strategy,supplemented by the corresponding incentive mechanism,so as to achieve the organizational goals.Although the sales target can not represent all the strategic objectives of the enterprise,it is still one of the important indicators to measure the performance evaluation of sales department and sales personnel.The quality of sales personnel directly affects the realization of sales objectives.Flexible sales of products and responsible attitude to customers are indispensable for the enterprise's capital circulation to maintain normal operation.Enterprises can survive without the payment of sales personnel.Therefore,it is very important to study the performance evaluation of sales personnel at present.Starting from the current performance appraisal of domestic and foreign enterprises,this paper analyzes the current performance appraisal status of E company's sales personnel,finds out the existing problems;in view of this series of problems,it explores the causes of their formation,and optimizes the performance appraisal scheme of E company's sales personnel by using MBO and KPI.The research in this paper has a guiding role in the optimization design of E company's scheme design sales staff performance appraisal scheme,and also has certain reference significance for the design of performance appraisal optimization scheme of other industries.
