The Research Of Y Enterprise Audit Information System Project Risk Management

With the continuous development of science and technology,enterprises have introduced office management software to improve their production efficiency and office efficiency continuously.However,the construction of enterprise informatization is not successful with risks.Risks exist in all aspects of the progress of software,and they are in random highly.Even small risks can have butterfly effects and cause the overall project to fail.Therefore,the construction of a project risk management system helps project managers use standard and complete mechanism to identify and prevent risks,it can significantly improve the overall progress and quality of the project and project successfully on schedule delivery.The main purpose of writing this paper is to combine theory with practice,apply risk management methods and frameworks to the specific practice of Y enterprise audit information system projects,and verify the validity of the project risk management theory from practice.At present,the audit work needs to analyze the relevant data by myself work experience.It not only has certain requirements for work experience,but also is prone to some errors.Therefore,audit informationization is a necessary development direction of internal audit.Audit informationization is the integration of data analysis,material procurement,engineering projects and other information into a platform through informationization methods,so that auditors can view,review and audit related content in the audit system,which greatly improves the office efficiency of auditors and accuracy.However,during the construction of the audit system,there are many risks that need to be properly managed.Therefore,this paper analyzes the audit informatization project of Y enterprise,and finds that the project has problems such as lack of appropriate risk management and awareness,incomplete risk identification,lack of risk priority analysis,and failure to take effective risk response,and proposes corresponding project risk management improvement plans.In the process of risk management research,people will mainly start from the risk identification,risk assessment,risk prevention and monitoring and risk response to improve.In the process of risk identification,brainstorming methods,and Delphi methods were used to identify the risks that may occur in the project.In the process of risk assessment,the risk priority is evaluated by qualitative risk analysis,then quantitative risk analysis is used and the risk is quantified by the combination of hierarchical analysis,the weight and level of risk are obtained,and the risk is effectively managed according to the level.In the process of project management,in order to effectively manage risks,it is necessary to solidify the risk management process,form a system of risk management,and avoid the risks arising from the omission of the risk management process.Risk identification uses a combination of checklists,brainstorming methods,and Delphi methods to more comprehensively and accurately identify potential risks during project implementation.After a risk assessment,the audit information system project mainly has four types:management risk,scope risk,technical risk and human resource risk.Among them,management risk and scope risk have a relatively huge impact on project which can be focused on.If people need to choose a risk response strategy,the effective of risk response and the response cost must be taken into account.In the process of project implementation,the use of project risk management can effectively control project scope,project progress,project cost,project quality,etc.,reducing project expenditures caused by risks and improve economic benefits of enterprises.This paper introduces the theoretical basis and whole process of project risk management to the Y enterprise audit system information project.Through the research of this project,the effectiveness of the project risk management improvement plan in practical application is obtained,which brings certain value to the enterprise.It can be used directly in future projects,bringing long-term application value to enterprises.It is hoped that the research in this paper will have a certain guiding role in the practical application of project risk management,and it will help the development of enterprise project risk management.
