Research On Improvement Of Tax Service Quality Of P District Of Dalian City Taxation Bureau

Tax service is not only the relevant products and services provided by tax authorities to taxpayers,but also an important sign of full respect for taxpayers by tax authorities.Improving the quality of tax service is of great significance to the development of various work of tax authorities and the establishment of a harmonious collection and payment relationship.Since its establishment,the tax bureau of P district has carried out a lot of work and made some achievements in tax service,but there is still a certain gap from the expectations of the majority of taxpayers,so it is urgent to improve the quality of tax service.Based on the new public service theory,tax compliance theory,process reengineering theory and service-oriented government theory,this paper studies the current situation,existing problems,causes of problems and suggestions to improve the quality of tax service of tax bureau of P district by using the research methods such as literature,questionnaire and field investigation.The research shows that the overall satisfaction of taxpayers to the tax service of P tax bureau is between the general satisfaction and the comparative satisfaction,but it is more close to the general satisfaction.The outstanding problems of tax service in tax bureau of P district are that the initiative of tax service is not strong,the level of informatization is not enough,the content of tax service is difficult to meet the needs of taxpayers,the quality of tax service team needs to be improved,and the assessment and evaluation of tax service is missing.The main reasons are that the awareness of tax service has not been changed,the information construction lags behind,the construction of tax service content system is ignored,the service capacity of tax staff is not enough,the social tax environment is missing,and the assessment and evaluation mechanism of tax service is not perfect.The tax bureau of P district shall continuously improve the quality of tax payment service by establishing a correct new concept of tax payment service,strengthening the informatization construction of tax payment service,improving the content of tax payment service,strengthening the construction of tax payment service team,giving full play to the role of socialized tax administration,and improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism of tax payment service.
