Manufacturing is the backbone of the country,with the rapid development of the economy,china's manufacturing enterprises are competing with large enterprises around the word,gradually exposed the growing conflict between production and management.At the same time,problems such as the increase of internal production costs and the serious waste of resources need to be resolved.Many companies seek transformation,upgrade products,and improve management in difficult situations.In order for Chinese traditional manufacturing enterprises to successfully complete the transformation and improve their position in the industrial chain,they need to combine today's cash management technology and continue to innovate in order to survive such fierce competition and improve their market competitiveness.This article starts from the current research on the production and management status of manufacturing enterprises in China,and proposes six major problems that most manufacturing enterprises fact at this stage.There're irrational organizational structures,lack of rationality in order review,procurement process to be improved,inventory management,and inadequate quality control measures.And analyze the two most important reasons for these six problems.There are few institutional reasons and excellent management talents.Based on the analysis of the problems raised,three solutions were found:the Network Planning Technology,the MRPII/ERP system,Total Quality Management.Study the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods and the application methods in the production and management of manufacturing enterprises,and analyze the problems in the production and management business of the manufacturing enterprises that the three methods can solve respectively.Taking the L enterprise as an example,a comprehensive analysis of the current production management system of the L enterprise is conducted.Put forward five major issues,including production process management process issue,production planning and material requirements planning management issues,production site management issues,quality management issues,and inventory management issues,And through the concrete implementation of the three programs in the L enterprise,analyze and study how each solution solves the problem of the L enterprise.At the same time,a specific project of L enterprise is taken as an example to analyze more specifically.This thesis researches and analyzes the integration of production and management business of manufacturing enterprises from point to surface.
