With the help of SAP production management system, barcode scanning system will be used to create a mutual information platform for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods and production progress. This can help to eliminate issues such as insufficient raw material supply, high wastage to the greatest extent. At the same time, this system can also ensure a timely information transfer to relevant staffs and precise tracking to usage of raw materials, warehousing of semi-finished and finished goods which finally achieves the goal of optimizing the production management of CA company.
