Research On ERP Reconfiguration Of Group D Based On CMM

Enterprise Resource Plan(ERP)is the embodiment of advanced enterprise management model and an important solution to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.In contemporary China,companies have generally realized that efficient supply chains,timely product delivery capabilities,cost advantages,and strategic organizational support are the keys to rapid growth in any industry.With the help of information tools,enterprises can quickly achieve the fine management of various services at lower costs and improve the efficiency of business operations.With the ERP system providing various benefits to enterprise operations,the concept of development based on commercial goals,its system functions also bring about various irregularities in software development and management,resulting in ERP system projects failing to be pre-determined by enterprises.On the track implementation,Can not actually bring economic benefits to the company.For this reason,on the basis of the original ERP system,we will carry out software capability maturity research,excavate the problems of its key links,and reconfigure and improve it,so as to effectively improve our enterprise ERP system.It plays an important role in realizing economic benefits for enterprises.Based on the implementation of ERP reconstruction in various basic links,this paper excavates and analyzes its key factors and finds its key control points.At the same time,this paper uses the evaluation system of project management,and applies it to the software capability maturity evaluation system,and constructs the ERP-CMM model.Taking D Group as an example,this model is applied to the ERP reconfiguration project of D Group,and the corresponding maturity level is obtained,and the reconfiguration proposal and implementation plan are provided for it.Through the reconfiguration and improvement of ERP system,it provides effective countermeasures for the group to increase efficiency and save costs,thus helping enterprises to maximize benefits.The quick and safe reconfiguration of ERP system not only accords with the actual business flow of D Group,satisfies its actual market demand,helps D Group to achieve commercialization goals to a great extent,but also provides thinking guidance and reference for large and small enterprises in China to carry out ERP system reconfiguration.
