Employees are the power source and the basic elements of enterprise development, their level of satisfaction, which relates to work involvement and engagement and direct impact on the work results and performance, is the level of human resource management "barometer". In the increasingly fierce competition in the banking industry, and comprehensive worker thought situation in a timely manner, improve employee satisfaction, and mobilize and stimulate the internal energy, is to strengthen enterprise management, a key issue for achieving sustainable development.Agricultural Development Bank of China was established in1994, as a unique agricultural policy banks in China, adhere to the service "farmers" as its mission to be a national requirement of agricultural policy finance business. Since its inception, has undergone construction of business development, primary, specially the closed management of purchasing Fund, multi-faceted three important stages in wide-range support to agriculture, Division for operations ranging from cotton and oil acquisition gradually spread to almost cover all areas of agricultural and rural economic development. Meanwhile, the agricultural development Bank of human resources reform is deepening and entered a substantive stage. Achieved important results in the reform and development is the key to a United, progressive, harmonious and stable staff team as a safeguard, employee standards of accreditation does not endorse, is not satisfactory as a measure of satisfaction. Improve employee job satisfaction, in particular in the County Branch of the personnel’s job satisfaction, for system-wide inspire enthusiasm, cohesion development together to achieve scientific and effective development of crucial importance.This article use LN agricultural development bank branch staff at county level for the study, take forms, questionnaires, staff interviews, conducted a survey of employees’ job satisfaction and reflection. First reference literature at home and abroad, in theory summary of employee job satisfaction of basic concepts, theories and influence elements of employee satisfaction.
