Human resource is the first resource in an enterprise.Among various factors of an enterprise,such as human,capital,technology,land,equipment,plant,culture et al.,human resource is the most active,the most key,and the most valuable resource.The market competition consists of the competition of products,services and market share,which depends on the enterprise independent innovation ability that in the final analysis is the competition of talents and human resources.Performance appraisal is the core of human resource management and development,as well as the key,difficulty and hotspot in the work of human resource management,which relates to whether to be able to build a high-quality team that has strong capability of independent innovation to meet the needs of market competition.It also concerns about implementation of the enterprise development strategy and goals.This paper takes the HL Corporation as the research object,uses the theories of performance and performance management as the basis and the present situation and the problems of the production staff performance appraisal of the HL Corporation as the background,and apply the 360 degree performance appraisal method to design index of production personnel performance appraisal of HL.It judged the weight of the defined scope more scientifically by using analytic hierarchy process,studied and established a set of feasible production staff performance appraisal system that is suitable for the HL company to its own characteristics,to improve the HL company's current production status of personnel performance appraisal.Through the research of this topic,we can deepen the awareness of performance management appraisal work for the strategic leadership,management,and staff in the HL company,and optimize the environment of company performance appraisal work;We can directly provide blueprint for the human resources department to implement staff performanceappraisal,or provide reference for other molecular companies or departments of the company to get question crux and strengthen performance appraisal,which can give impetus to the evaluation of other groups and departments and close chain of human resource management,to form a good circulation of human resource management activities;We can also enhance the initiative of the HL company employees to participate in the inspection,improve production personnel satisfaction,and stimulate the work enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the production staff,so as to improve business performance,and promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
