Urban public transportation is the infrastructure of a city and an important part of urban construction,which is related to the development of politics,economy and humanities of the city,as well as the increasing travel needs of residents.With the development of economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization,the society and government has increasingly higher demand for public transportation;the citizens also wish the public transporters to offer better riding condition with safety,convenience,comfort,celerity and efficiency.Public relationship plays a significant management function role;the core is to shape the image of the organization.Whether the image is good or not directly affects the evaluation of the firm from both external public and internal staff,which could affect the survival and development of enterprises,because public transport enterprises themselves have a specific organizational image.Thus how to maintain and enhance their organizational image is particularly important.This paper focuses on how to maintain and promote the image of Qingdao public transport organization,based on relevant theories and research results,combining with current situation of Qingdao public transport to set up internal and external questionnaire survey of satisfaction quality.Through analyzing the results of the questionnaire and learn from cases of other urban public transport systems,we could figure out current issues within Qingdao public transport and improve it.Compared with the public transport in Qingdao,there are some problems such as the public's low recognition to the brand unfamiliarity with the logo.In terms of internal organizational image,there are still weak links in the relationship among staff,as well as in the management system and security.For solving the problems mentioned above,this paper puts forward the strategy of maintaining and promoting the organization image of Qingdao public transport system: using the image recognition system to construct the maintenance and promotion scheme to help to build image of Qingdao public transport.Internal and external relations and the maintenance of their own brand,service to society and other perspectives of optimization,internal improvement of corporate culture and system construction,strengthen internal management system and security,strengthen corporate cohesion,execution,improve the efficiency of business operations;external improvement of corporate public service capacity and brand building,enhance public recognition of enterprises,build a world-class public transport service enterprises.
