Research On Poverty Alleviation Effect Of Xingsheng Township,Jingyuan County,Southern Ningxia Loess Plateau Region

In the critical period when the country is about to achieve the victory of poverty alleviation and complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,Xingsheng Township of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,as a deep poverty area,has different degrees of factors that lead to poverty.This paper mainly studies the effect of Xingsheng Township's poverty alleviation.By analyzing the factors causing poverty in Xingsheng Township,studying the effect of poverty alleviation measures and taking a village as an example,we come up with some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions that may help connecting poverty alleviation and rural revitalization effectively and providing reference for other regions.This study mainly uses the methods of field research and hierarchical analysis,and takes an actual poverty alleviation case as an example.By building the hierarchy model to quantitatively analyze the weight of various poverty alleviation measures in poverty alleviation,we analyze the effect of specific measures in poverty alleviation.It is found that,firstly,the main causes of poverty in Xingsheng township are the restriction of external environment,the loss of young and strong labor force and backward productivity.Secondly,fund input,policy formulation and implementation,"five batches" poverty alleviation measures,rural governance and other measures all play important roles in the poverty alleviation of Xingsheng Township,among which the investment of funds is very important.Thirdly,taking the study of poverty alleviation in Shangjin Village,Xingsheng Township as an example,it is found that the local forestry industry and livestock industry are in line with the local development reality and have good development prospects and potentials,which are favorable measures to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.Fourthly,we come up with some countermeasures and suggestions,those are increasing fund input and consummating policies,following the local characteristics and developing the advantageous industry,cultivating local talents and introducing advanced techniques;strengthening rural eco-environment and changing local customs.
