The all-round development and progress in the field of home furnishing has made the development of home furnishing market in China more stable,but at the same time,it has gradually entered a super-competitive state.Although furniture enterprises gradually realize industrialized production,the development time is relatively short,the overall effect is relatively poor,which greatly affects the stability of development,and the brand awareness is relatively weak.Therefore,home furnishing enterprises should gradually develop their own competitiveness and promote their competitive advantages,which is also an important problem facing enterprises at present.Taking JT Home as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings in its long-term development,analyzes the overall strategic development plan,and understands the external environment and internal resources faced by the enterprise,so as to determine the long-term development strategic plan that meets the requirements and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background,purpose,method,strategic management and other basic theories of this study,and understands the corresponding professional management knowledge.Then,it realizes the specific environmental analysis from national to local,and understands the industrial development trend.By applying PEST analysis method,it can make clear the factors affecting the development of enterprises.Internal environment analysis is based on various resources mastered by enterprises,to understand the business development mode,for example,to analyze the internal business development concept,customers,staff level and other angles,and to understand the relationship between competitors,so as to determine the advantages and disadvantages of JT home development.Again,the SWOT matrix analysis is comprehensively used to match the optimal strategic positioning and development planning scheme for the enterprise,and the children's home and the whole house customized home are used to coordinate the development,go hand in hand,assist the online operation of the Internet,expand the marketing channels,and actively expand the national market based on the regional market of the whole country,In order to find a new turning point in the changing market,JT home furnishing enterprises need to make an in-depth analysis of the marketing environment,summarize the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of JT home furnishing enterprises' development,and formulate corresponding strategies;how JT home furnishing enterprises can take the Internet express to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.In the management,marketing,brand,design,production and other aspects of continuous innovation and change,strengthen brand alliance in-depth cooperation,share customer resources,tap market potential.We should embrace the demand of Internet,whole house customized home furnishing and customized services,and develop hardbound houses,so as to become a new growth breakthrough point for home furnishing enterprises.However,due to the limited knowledge of the author,there are some omissions in the paper.Please give some advice.
