The Research On Strategic Management Of Specialized Furniture Enterprise

The thesis analyses the actuality of the specialized furniture company and the problems that exist in these companies. This article deeply analyses the problems paid attention to in the progress of the strategic management made, implemented and estimated. And the author brings forward that not just the Macro Economic Environment should be concerned but also the company-self when the strategic management was made. When the strategic management was fit for the company it could be developed fast and became bigger. So, this thesis could supply some theory for us, the more important point is that it gave a sample to the company like that.The thesis which takes Huanyan Furniture Limited Company as a study object major focus on strategic management of specialized furniture company. The author expatiates the strategic management theory, core-competitiveness theory and the concept of specialization with the method of documents,practice,induction and marketing. Those are the theory basis of the strategic management planed. The thesis analyzed the theories about strategic management and some elements which would impact the strategic management to be made and practiced. The author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Huanyan Furniture Ltd. with the method of SWOT. According to that, the author makes the new strategic management i.e. product strategy, production management strategy and marketing for Huanyan Furniture Ltd. The author also makes the security systems i.e. the company organization system, the resources system and the corporate culture system to protect that the strategic management could be planed smoothly for Huanyan Furniture Ltd... Finally, the author discusses how to control the strategic management in the process of implementation of strategic management and estimates the result of strategic management practised in Huanyan Furniture Ltd.
