Research On The Selection Of Cross-border E-commerce Import Mode Of DT Foreign Trade Company

With the popularization of e-commerce in China,cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly.In order to comply with this development trend,more and more Chinese enterprises have embarked on the development path of cross-border e-commerce,and the import modes of cross-border e-commerce have become increasingly diversified DT foreign trade company with its rich experience in import trade,in recent years,cross-border e-commerce has also been developed,but there are also some disadvantages.In order to accelerate the development of DT foreign trade company's cross-border e-commerce,it is necessary to analyze its advantages and disadvantages to explore the cross-border e-commerce import mode suitable for the company's development.The paper mainly USES SWOT analysis method to analyze the status quo of DT foreign trade company.Based on the conclusion of SWOT analysis method,a scientific AHP analytic hierarchy process model is established to select a development model suitable for DT foreign trade company's cross-border e-commerce.Based on the analysis results of resources,costs,opportunities and risks of DT foreign trade company in the SWOT analysis method,the AHP analysis method is used for in-depth exploration,so as to build an analytic hierarchy process model in line with the actual development situation of DT foreign trade company,and conduct a comprehensive scientific quantitative analysis of DT foreign trade company.After the analysis of this paper,it is concluded that the import mode of bonded stock is the most suitable mode for the development of DT foreign trade company.Only by adopting this import mode,DT foreign trade company can effectively reduce operating costs and promote the improvement of profitability.This paper,by taking DT foreign trade company as an example,chooses the cross-border e-commerce model to provide better reference and reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises developing cross-border e-commerce in China.The conclusion of this study also has certain guiding significance for the long-term development of China's cross-border e-commerce industry.With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry,corresponding e-commerce companies should take effective measures to constantly optimize their business structure,improve their management capabilities,and effectively promote the reduction of their import costs in the development process,so as to maintain a favorable position in the market competition.
