Scientific data must be collected and studies undertaken in an effort to further the use of the arts in the healing process. Hospital designers, medical consumers and medical personnel must become educated on the importance of holistic patient care that attends to mind and body throughout clinical treatment.;The integration of the arts in healthcare is a necessary step forward in patient care in the medical marketplace.
