In recent years,research on the preparation of liquid nano disperse dye systems as liquid dyes or ink-jet printing inks has become a hotspot in this field,and the development of this technology has attracted wide attention in the industry.At present,most researchers prepare superfine disperse dyes by mechanical method,but it is still difficult to get nano dispersion dyes which have uniform particle size distribution and excellent storage stability.And this process has low preparation efficiency,need more energy,the preparation process need to add a lot of grinding aids and dispersants and other shortcomings.In this paper,pre-emulsified semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization method and organosilicone oil emulsification technology were used to prepare nano disperse dyes with smaller particle size and better stability.At the same time,these two methods improved production efficiency and utilization of the dyes.Pre-emulsified semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization method was used to prepare liquid nano-disperse dyes microemulsion.1.The effects of the amount of emulsifier,the speed of emulsifier,emulsidication time,the amount of dye and corn oil on the stability of disperse dye/monomer pre-emulsion were studied in the pre-emulsification proocess.Process was as follows: the amount of emulsifier was 2%,the speed of emulsifier is 5000 r/min,emulsidication time was 20 min,the amount of corn oil could not exceed 5%,the amount of dye could not exceed the solubility of dye in monomer mixtures.2.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,stirring speed,the amount of dye and corn oil on the conversion of monomer,particle size,Zeta potential,particle morphology,viscosity and surface tension were studied in the stage of semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization.Process was as follows:the reaction temperature was 85±2 ?,reaction time was 4.5 h,stirring speed was200-300 r/min,and the amount of comonomer(MMA/BA=10/1)was 24.5%,and the amount of the dye was 8.5% in the total monomer,the amount of corn oil was1.7-2.4%.The average size of liquid nano disperse dye microemulsion prepared by emulsion polymerization method was less than 100 nm,and the viscosity was about2-3 m Pa.s.Three liquid nano disperse dye microemulsions were prepared by the emulsion polymerization method.The prepared nano disperse dyes were characterized by FT-IR,XRD and TEM,and compared with the liquid nano disperse dyes prepared by mechanical method.The results showed the liquid nano disperse dye microemulsions prepared by emulsion polymerization method were closer to Newtonian fluid,the stability were better,dyeing and printing performance has increased,the dyeing rate of polyester fabric increased about 8%,the polyester fabric printing transfer rate increased about 6%.Organosilicone oil emulsification technology was used to prepare liquid nano disperse dyes microemulsion.The effects of the kind and the amount of organosilicone and the dye on the particle size and dispersion stability of the liquid nano disperse dyes microemulsion were studied.The results showed that the average size of the liquid nano disperse dyes microemulsion which had emulsifier(8%),organosilicone TY-938(20%)and disperse dye(8%)was less than 50 nm,the viscosity was about 2-3 m Pa.s,and the dispersion stability was good.Three liquid nano disperse dye microemulsions were prepared by organosilicone emulsification technology.The prepared nano disperse dye microemulsions were compared with the liquid nano disperse dyes prepared by mechanical method.The results showed that the liquid nano disperse dye microemulsions prepared by the organosilicon emulsification method had better storage stability,the system weres closer to Newtonian fluid,dyeing and printing performance has increased,the dyeing rate of polyester fabric increased about 10%,the polyester fabric printing transfer rate increased about 8%.
