| Structure injection mold, molding methods, processing, and other contentdisassembly are complex and diverse, many of which knowledge are difficult to usesimple language to explain, beginners are difficult to master the knowledge quickly.Based on3D CAD/CAM software NX, Moldflow analysis software were used tooptimize the injection molding process, the use of VRML language disassembly of themold, injection mold to form a complete set of teaching systems. In this paper, theconclusion is as follows:(1) Moldflow software were used to establish the required mold gating system andcooling systems, use the specified materials and injection molding to simulate andanalysis their results. Establish the orthogonal experiment to optimize the results ofmolding, obtain the major influence factors such as warpage, cavitation, weld lines, andso on. visualization technology could observed the plastic injection molding processdirectly, reference to Moldflow injection molding simulation, could combine the theoryand practice, beginners could have a more realistic understanding of the mold.(2)By NX CAM module to achieve a simulation of CNC code injection moldpreparation and machining process. The use of group technology-based CAPPtechnology, according to mold parts of the material, the structure to be classified, buildprocess template.
