Polyamide(PA)fibers have excellent properties and are widely used in the textile and apparel industry.Traditional polyamide fibers are processed using petroleum-based raw materials. With the reduction of oil resources,as well as the national strategy for sustainable development.People began to study the bio-based production of PA as a raw material to make the source of textile raw materials more environmentally friendly and reduce the harm to the environment. The bio-based fiber PA56 studied in this study was synthesized from the bio-based pentamethylenediamine and adipic acid.Bio-based fiber PA56 has a broad application prospects. Therefore,it is important to study the structure, thermal properties and dyeing properties of bio-based fiber PA56.This article first studied the physical properties of PA56.The results of infrared spectroscopy show that PA56 and PA66 are similar in structure;the NMR spectra show that the molecular structure of PA56 and PA66 is consistent with the corresponding peak area and number of H atoms and the chemical shift assignment of H atom on the NMR spectrum. The X-ray diffraction pattern showed that there was a distinct double peak in PA56,indicating that there was a crystalline structure, and the crystallinity of PA56 was calculated to be 50.92%.The DSC test results of thermal properties show that the endothermic peaks of PA56,PA66 and PA6 are of the same peak type, and they are single peaks.PA56 has a melting point of 245°C,PA66 has 251°C,and PA6 has 221°C.The TG test results show that the thermal decomposition curves of the three fibers are basically similar and have good thermal stability. The acid resistance study of PA56 showed that the p H of the dye bath was kept above 4 and PA56 had a lower weight loss rate and less loss of strength.PA56 was stained with the Lanaset and Argacid series of dyes. The single factor variable method was used to study the effect of temperature, time, acid release agent and bath ratio on PA56 staining. The K/S value was used as the evaluation index. The optimal dyeing process conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments.Dye 2%(owf),A35 0.5 g/L,temperature 70°C,time 40 min, bath ratio 1:50.The color fastness of the optimized process is all above grade 3.The dyes of Lanaset and Argacid dyes showed a good increase in the staining of PA56.At 70 stains, the dye enhanced the PA56 better than PA66 and PA6.Argacid acid dye was used to dye the wool/PA56 in the same bath and the same color was studied. The effects of dyeing temperature, blending ratio, dye concentration and additive HWS on homochromism were studied. The K/S value and the color difference(?E)were used as evaluation indexes. The results show that the increase of dyeing temperature, the proportion of wool and the dye concentration can increase the same color.Argacid Bril Red N-GW achieves better homochromaticity at a dye concentration of 2%,an Argacid Bril Blue N-GW concentration of 4%,and Argacid Bil Black M-R at a 6%(owf)concentration.And the color fastnesses all meet the requirements for takingAdding HWS additive can improve the same color of wool/PA56 low-concentration bath dyeing.Argacid Bril Red N-GW has 9% HWS(owf)color consistency when the dye concentration is 0.5%(owf),1%(owf).Argacid Bril Blue N-GW added 8%(owf)of HWS at 0.5%(owf)with good color, and 1%(owf)of HWS had good color uniformity. And the color fastness meets the requirement of taking. The mechanism by which the auxiliary HWS increases the homochromaticity of the wool/PA56 is to slow the dyeing.
