Pure cotton fabric has been favored by people for its excellent hygroscopicity,antistatic property,degradability,skin affinity and other advantages,but wrinkles often occur after washing or wearing,which greatly discounts its beauty.Therefore,wrinkle resistant finishing has become an important finishing process in the dyeing and finishing of cotton fabric products.In recent years,formaldehyde-free ironing agents,such as glyoxal and citric acid,have been widely used in the research of ironing agents.However,most of the finished cotton fabrics suffer from serious yellowing and loss of strength,which are far from the ironing effect of 2D resin.Etherified 2D resin is used as a low cost permanent press finishing agent,which not only conforms to the formaldehyde emission content of shirts,but also has the permanent press effect of 2D resin.In addition,the ironing finishing process is also an important direction to study the shape retention of cotton fabric,which is mainly divided into the ironing process of fabric and the ironing process of garment.Compared with the ironing process of fabric,the ironing process of garment can effectively overcome the difficulty in sewing the fabric and the poor smoothness of seams,and the process flow is relatively simple.At present,there is no systematic research on the application of etherified 2D resin in the no-press finishing of cotton fabrics,and the enterprise is still in the exploratory stage.In this project,etherified 2D resin was selected as the crosslinking agent to explore the no-press finishing process of pure cotton shirt fabric for ready-to-wear.Meanwhile,the influence of additives and process conditions on the finishing effect of no-press was analyzed on the basis of experiments,providing preliminary theoretical guidance for the in-depth development of no-press finishing technology of pure cotton clothing.Aiming at the problem that improving the resistance of cotton fabric to ironing can damage the strength,the intermolecular cross-linking can be reduced and the strength retention rate can be improved by applying tension to the fabric in the finishing process.The specific research work of this paper is as follows.(1)To explore the effect of the main auxiliaries in the finishing solution on the no-pressing effect of cotton shirt fabric,and to determine the best technological formula of the main auxiliaries.Through the orthogonal experiment on the concentration of additives in finishing solution,it was found that the recovery Angle of cotton fabric was positively correlated with the concentration of catalyst and softener,and negatively correlated with the concentration of protectant.Mechanical strength was negatively correlated with catalyst concentration,and positively correlated with softener and protectant concentration.As the concentration of etherified 2D resin increases,the recovery Angle increases and the fracture strength decreases.When the concentration is 150g/L,the recovery Angle and fracture strength tend to be stable.The optimum process formulations of etherified 2D resin f-ap 150g/L,catalyst FM 40g/L,protectant ACN 5g/L,HDP 40g/L,softener4911 12.5g/L and NUP 12.5g/L were determined.(2)To explore the influence of no-press process conditions on the no-press effect of cotton shirt fabric.In the finishing of cotton fabric,baking,as the main process of cross-linking reaction,has an important effect on the effect of cross-linking.Excessive baking temperature or too long baking time will cause the cotton fabric to be yellowing and severely damaged.In addition,the amount of finishing solution varies according to the application method,which also has certain influence on the finishing effect of permanent press.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influence of baking process and application method on the finishing effect of permanent press.The results showed that the best baking temperature is 120 ?,the curing time of 6 min,using spray solution methods.(3)Aiming at the problem of improving the strength of cotton fabric with no-hot damage,the problem of strong damage can be improved by means of extra tension.It was found that the tensile strength retention rate of the fabric was increased by about 4%,and the tensile strength retention rate of the fabric was increased by 5.5%?6%.(4)In view of the problems caused by the collision between the cylinder and the garment in the liquid injection and the pre-drying device,as well as the damage to the shirt caused by the operator's repeated operations,the concept of the all-in-one high-shape conserving equipment is put forward.Changed in the cylinder of liquid,preliminary drying way,using three-dimensional fluid,and preliminary drying way,to reduce the collision caused by the wear problem,at the same time will spray,preliminary drying,ironing and curing process is an organic whole repeatedly,reduces the operation quality problem for many times,to solve the existing no-iron shirt processing complex and high cost of equipment problems.
