the closet-type 0-90° foldable bed is an important form of modern small-sized house to realize the dual-use function of the house.However,the design of the closet-type inverted bed lacks the guidance of scientific theory.The design of the structure is mainly based on the test and trial method,resulting in the turning bed.The design has a long period of time,the selection of the gas spring is not accurate,the strength support is excessive,and the storage space is too large.Aiming at the above problems,this paper takes the most common wall-type flip bed on the market as the research object,and proposes a structural design analysis method for the system of the wall-mounted inverted bed,which can design the parameters of the product and avoid the analogy or Simplify the design error caused by the calculation,thereby improving the scientific and practical design of the furniture structure,reducing the material consumption,and changing the status quo of the furniture mechanical performance detection method in the furniture industry mainly based on the overall destructive test.The mechanical strength principle is used to analyze the strength limit and deformation of the side panel of the flip bed fixed cabinet,and then the Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software is used to establish the finite element model,unit selection,material property setting,mesh division and boundary condition setting analysis steps.The load solution is used to obtain the stress distribution contour map and the deformation amount map of the side panel of the closet-type 0-90° foldable bed fixed by the cabinet.This study uses the mechanics principle and computer-aided engineering to carry out the structure and optimization design of the furniture,and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the design,selection and performance analysis of the closet-type 0-90° foldable bed in the furniture industry.The main findings and findings are as follows:(1)This study constructs the analysis and calculation theory of the gas spring mechanism of the inverted bed.Using this theory,the minimum extension force,stroke and elastic coefficient of the gas spring can be calculated based on the parameters of the bed quality,size and target cabinet depth of the inverted bed.In order to complete the gas spring selection and determine the installation position of the gas spring.(2)Using the calculation principle of mechanism freedom degree,the uniqueness analysis of the gas spring mechanism and the bed leg linkage mechanism of the inverted bed is carried out.It is calculated that the degree of freedom of the gas spring mechanism and the bed leg linkage mechanism are both 1,and the calculation results verify the wall.The uniqueness of the movement of the closet-type 0-90° foldable bed.(3)According to the actual working conditions of the inverted bed,set the limit working conditions of the bed,using the statics and torque balance principle in theoretical mechanics,combined with the gas spring motion characteristic curve and technical standards to analyze the force of the bed and gas spring mechanism.Taking the market common bed size 900 mm wide x 1900 mm and the fixed target depth of 300 mm as an example,the theoretical calculation model is used to obtain the minimum spring force of 428 N,the stroke is 190 mm,and the elastic coefficient is 1.06.The geometric method of the two circles intersects to obtain the position of the gas spring mechanism in the bed: in the storage state,the top end of the bed is turned counterclockwise by 23° and the distance is 390 mm;the force analysis is performed at any turning angle,and CAD is used as an auxiliary measurement.The tool uses the principle of moment balance to construct the relationship between the moment M?A and the inversion angle ?,simulates the motion curve of the bed and analyzes its motion law.The result shows that the bed can recover the nano-state within 18° of opening,18°?24° The bed body can be hovered,and the flipping angle is greater than 24° and then the bed is turned down.(4)Using Ansys Workbench to construct the finite element model,unit selection,material property setting,meshing and boundary condition setting analysis process for the side panel of the inverted cabinet,and calculating the compressive strength of the grain using the particleboard specimen.The principle analysis only uses the compressive strength of the side plate and the software simulates the maximum stress value of the side plate.The maximum stress value obtained by software simulation is 1.05 MPa,which is smaller than the calculated value of 1.21 MPa,which is in line with the analysis result.The side plate bolt hole is subjected to the force model and compared with the force of the bolt hole in the case of the support plate and the without the support plate,the side plate to which the support plate is added is smaller than the maximum stress value of the side plate without the support plate by 4.69 MPa;The deformation amount cloud diagram of the board without the support plate,the addition of the 20 mm wide support plate,and the addition of the 40 mm wide support plate,it is concluded that the side plate has the highest anti-deformation effect when adding the 20 mm wide support plate;the stress distribution from the side plate,etc.The value line diagram analyzes the size optimization feasibility of the storage depth of the cabinet-type inverted bed,and performs dimensional optimization simulation analysis to obtain the mechanical properties of the side plates with a depth of 250 mm and 300 mm.Mechanical properties of the side is almost the same,may be reduced to a depth accommodating 250 mm.
