Study On Management Status And Improvement Of Personal Safety Protective Equipment(PPE) For Construction Workers

PPE personal protective equipment is the protective equipment used to protect workers in the process of work to prevent or reduce accidents and occupational hazards.It is the last line of defense set up to protect workers' safety and health when production conditions cannot eliminate all kinds of dangerous and harmful factors.According to incomplete statistics,various casualties caused by the lack of personal protective equipment or unqualified personal protective equipment account for about 35% of the total number of accidents in the construction industry.The frequency of safety accidents caused by personal protective equipment keeps rising every year.Unqualified personal protective equipment,irregular wearing of personnel,and delayed distribution by enterprises and other factors seriously harm the physical safety and health of workers,and cause extremely heavy burden to the society.Then the level of equipment and scientific management of personal protective equipment by a construction enterprise,as well as the standardization and legalization of the overall personal protective equipment industry,all determine whether the personal safety problems of front-line construction personnel in the production process are adequately protected.Firstly,this paper analyzes the main causes of accidents caused by unsafe human behaviors in recent years.It is found from various reasons that PPE factors are increasing year by year,and the current PPE situation in the construction industry is not optimistic.Through the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign protective equipment,the research objective and content are clarified.On the basis of the above research,this paper elaborates on the theory of the causes of construction accidents,and analyzes several cases with obvious characteristics of building safety accidents to find out the PPE factors in each accident.Through the research and analysis of relevant protective equipment specifications,the main functions of PPE in accident prevention are summarized.In the process of problem analysis,collecting the building enterprise part of the investigation and analysis of the construction site for the PPE,which leads to the individual protective equipment in the construction site and the use of specific situation,analysis the influence of the use and development of the PPE constraints,one is a line construction personnel to wear and use factor,the second is the factors restricting the development of the industry personal protective equipment.In view of the problems found in the above analysis and research,this paper puts forward specific PPE personal protective equipment specific safety regulation goal,speed up the revision of relevant standardization,strictly control the PPE market standardization and legalization,PPE requirements development force is equipped with an opinion,to regulate the use of link in distribution management,and many other measures.Through the research of this paper,it points out the current situation and existing problems of personal protective equipment safety supervision in China,and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the safety supervision and future development of personal protective equipment.Through clear security regulatory goal,to speed up the revision of relevant standardization,strictly control the ppe market standardization and legalization,ppe requirements development force equipped with opinions,and to regulate the use of link in distributed management measures,improve the level of personal protective equipment safety regulation in China as well as the level of standardization,standardization and legalization of personal protective equipment industry,thus reducing due to personal protective equipment is equipped with use does not reach the designated position,or their quality problems,problems such as the casualties caused by accident,fundamentally protect construction work personnel's life.
