Study On Project Schedule And Control Of The Main Substation Technical Reform Project Of Baosteel 2050 Hot Rolling Mill

In recent years,due to overcapacity,domestic steel industry competition is increasingly fierce.In the face of opportunities and challenges,Baosteel keeps increasing its investment in technical reform,which has become an important means to improve the competitiveness of Baosteel.Whether these technical reform projects can be completed in good quality and timely is not only directly related to the production and operation of Baosteel,but also of great significance to the core competitiveness of Baosteel.This paper takes the main substation technical reform project of Baosteel 2050 hot rolling mill as the research object.In combination with the current management process and method of technical reform project of Baosteel,applying relevant knowledge and tools of project schedule Management,such as project work breakdown structure,job assignment table,project activity sequencing,network planning,Gantt chart and critical path method,to compile the project schedule control scheme.Then using the progress correction technique to compress the critical activity period,and to optimizes the schedule.According to certain principles of schedule control,the project progress implementation status is dynamically monitored to prevent the project progress deviation.Correct the deviation in time,take the double measures of organizational guarantee and technical guarantee to ensure the realization of the final goal of the project.The method and practical experience proposed in this paper,witch can promote the leader of the enterprise technical reform project to think and analyze the project schedule and control deeply,not only has a certain significance to the technical reform project schedule and control in our company,but also can provide certain help and reference for other steel enterprises that are committed to improving their core competitiveness with the technical reform project.
