There are many kinds of energy were used in the process of steelmaking.Meanwhile,there also has a large consumption in this process.Management style in energy should be improve in the past few years.There always has a huge waste and the data doesn't make good use.The development of the technology,especially the computer science,makes that unified management in energy and fewer errors by human possible.Energy Management System provides a new way to manage energy as a modern tool.Energy Management System can monitor and get information that how much energy the factory use and store data when the user of the software check.Energy Management System will help enterprise that make a better plan and reduce energy consumption and elevate the competiveness of enterprise.Comparing to the traditional Energy Management System,It is the first time that the function of efficiency on equipment is added to Energy Management System which is widened application range.The production condition is researched on FuShun steel in this paper and use the data on this plant to establish a software of Energy Management System as a technical reserve.Here are some research results in my paper.(1)Using the material flows and tracing the iron flow in the all process of making steel.Dividing productive unit in steel making and getting the balance figure of iron.Deriving balance equations in different material flows.Calculating single type of energy is consumed.Getting the calculation model in distribution on the process of steel making.(2)Thermal balance analysis that is simplified in calculating equation has been completed on furnace which burns gas as the fuel.This part in Energy Management System is designed as modularity.On-line efficiency on equipment is calculated by negative equation.Some parameters which is needed when calculating the energy losses are simulated in Energy Management System.The user of the software can select type of furnace and this part let user know that the running condition of burning furnace and find the operation failure in time.(3)The calculating process and the theory of BP nerve network is deduced.Using data of energy consumption in history train network at Matlab after the number of neurons in different has been certain and Comparing to actual consumption.The whole network is repeated on Energy Management System.(4)Energy Management System is established on Virtual Studio,which have functions of user login,energy distribution,efficiency on equipment,summarization of data,energy consumption forecasting to simulate real process of steelmaking as a technical preparation to provide a service for steel enterprise.The database is established by using Access to record data and query data which has many different ways to get ideal data more convenient and diversity.
