In the tobacco industry,how to complete the stable and reliable collection of various types of data generated during baking,achieve intelligent management of baking data,and improve the quality of tobacco leaf baking is a major difficulty in the current industry.With the development of the Internet of Things technology,this difficulty now has a breakthrough.The controller is connected to the Internet through a data sensor,which can realize intelligent identification and management of data.For the baking system,how to solve the different kinds of problems in the transmission process and design an optimized stable and reliable transmission scheme are the main research contents of this thesis.Controller,cloud platform and data transmission are three inseparable wholes.The controller is connected to various sensors to collect the required data and transmit it to the main control chip through the corresponding interface circuit;the main control chip of the controller completes the data communication with the cloud platform by configuring different communication modules,and the cloud platform will persists the collected data to the cloud platform database for storage.The controller is responsible for the two-way data transmission from the acquisition node to the cloud platform.This thesis aims to use the optimized data transmission protocol to ensure the stable and reliable data transmission from the acquisition node to the cloud platform.This thesis first analyzes the relevant theoretical techniques that need to be applied in the baking system.The specific application environment of data transmission for a tobacco leaf baking project was discussed,and the current needs and problems of the project were summarized.Secondly,the optimization and realization of the data transmission scheme design of the baking system are completed.Aiming at the overall application environment of the baking system,the transmission scheme design principles and scheme architecture are proposed.The design of the data transmission optimization program includes: data transmission between the controller and the sensor,and data transmission between the controller and the cloud platform.Finally,on the basis of completing the design of the optimized data transmission scheme,through performancetesting and effectiveness verification,the application of the optimized data transmission scheme in the baking system is realized.
