The cooling system of injection mold is the key factor affecting the efficiency and quality of injection molding.At present,the design method of injection mold cooling system based on CAE analysis is complicated and inefficient in CAD/CAE data interaction.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of injection molding cooling system design,a rapid cooling system analysis method based on BP neural network was proposed in this paper,and the layout optimization of the cooling system was studied with simulated annealing genetic algorithm.There are many factors affecting the cooling system of injection mold.In this paper,the relevant factors were firstly analyzed theoretically,and six factors were selected for Taguchi experiment based on the design correlation of injection mold cooling system.The results show that the factors that have significant influence on the cooling uniformity of the products are the thickness of the product,the distance between cooling pipes and the distance between the cooling pipe and the product.BP neural network has a strong ability to solve nonlinear mapping problems.This paper studies the BP neural network model for rapid cooling analysis of injection mold.According to the analysis of factors affecting the cooling uniformity in chapter 2 and the influence of product geometry,the input variables are defined as external coefficient and internal coefficient,and the calculation method of external coefficient represented by heat source model and internal coefficient represented by CAE cooling analysis results are established in this paper.Based on the external coefficient and the internal coefficient,a BP neural network model of rapid analysis with comprehensive cooling efficiency as output was established.The layout optimization of injection mold cooling system is characterized by multiple variables and objectives.Taking the cooling uniformity as the main optimization objective,the interference problem of the cooling pipeline is comprehensively considered,and the location parameters of the cooling pipeline are genetically coded by taking the endpoint coordinates of the cooling pipeline as the optimization object in this paper.The fitness evaluation model was established based on interference check and cooling analysis,and the layout optimization method based on simulated annealing genetic algorithm was developed.Based on the above research,this paper developed a rapid analysis and optimization design prototype system for injection mold cooling system on Siemens NX 11.0 platform,and the function of the system is briefly introduced through an application example,which proves the practicability of the system.
