Jewelry “Movable Structure” Design And Application

The structure of jewelry is an important part of jewelry form.As a kind of jewelry structure,"movable structure" has been applied in different types of jewelry,producing various functions.The common jewelry "living structure" generally obeys the jewelry modeling itself,giving priority to the modeling and taking the structure as a supplement."Movable structure" mainly exists in the whole jewelry as the "intermediate material" connecting each component,and it is in an unnecessary position in the decoration function,leading designers to pay insufficient attention to "movable structure" components in production design.This paper mainly studies the "movable structure" of jewelry and non-jewelry.Through the exploration of the structure and "movable structure" in the field of nonjewelry,the paper looks for the structure that can be applied to jewelry design.Based on the analysis of "movable structure" in jewelry field,this paper finds out "movable structure" suitable for jewelry design in common jewelry materials through material experiments.Finally,the design works will present a "movable structure" suitable for jewelry design,strengthen the decorative function and interest of "movable structure",and achieve the purpose of suitable for commercial production.
