In the field of personal safety protection,as an essential function,the stab-resistance function has always been the focus of research.At present,the main methods of making stab-resistant clothing include the insert method,the multilayer mosaic method,and the sandpaper method,which riched variety of anti-stab suits.However,the following problems still exist:excessive weight cannot meet the needs of daily life,and the puncture prevention mechanism and influence law of particle filling and hardening resin sheets are not completely and accurately expressed,which hinders the development of anti-stab material research.Therefore,in this thesis,artificial diamond particles were filled into a thermoplastic polyimide resin to prepare a composite resin sheet,which improved the puncture resistance of the puncture-resistant material and reduced the weight of the puncture-resistant material.mechanism.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The pendulum-type anti-stab,cut,and chop in-situ combined measuring instrument developed combines dynamic anti-stab performance test,anti-cut performance test,anti-chop performance test,and quasi-static anti-stab performance test on a single instrument to realize The evaluation of the comprehensive performance of the protective fabric against stabbing,cutting,and chopping is more effective,accurate,and simplified.The representative protective functions of the protective fabric can be independently measured on the same instrument.The test process is highly automated and ergonomically designed,making the test more efficient,fast and safe.The pendulum-type puncture is used instead of the traditional drop-hammer type to reduce the space position.The energy of the pendulum-type puncture is calculated and the energy adjustment method is given to make the energy of the puncture more accurate and adjustable.The instrument has a variety of indicators:based on the measurable penetration length,using the force sensor of the blade and the base to collect the force during the puncture and chopping test to obtain the force-time curve and force-displacement curve;The force and speed are collected during the cutting test,and the force-time curve and speed-time curve are obtained.The quasi-static stab-resistance modulus and test are calculated and calculated in the quasi-static stab-proof test.These evaluation indexes can more comprehensively evaluate the protective function of the fabric.(2)The effects of particle size,filling volume fraction,and number of resin layers on the anti-stab performance of resin tablets in single-layer and multi-layer resin tablets were investigated.The results show that the quasi-static puncture modulus of the resin sheet filled with artificial diamond becomes higher,thereby improving the puncture resistance of the resin sheet.The particle diameter of artificial diamond has an independent effect on the puncture resistance of the resin sheet.The larger the particle size,the larger the initial modulus of the resin sheet,and the better the puncture resistance;There is an interaction between the volume fraction of artificial diamond and the number of layers of the resin sheet on the puncture resistance of the resin sheet.When the number of layers is small(single layer),the increase in the volume fraction is mainly due to the increased brittleness of the resin sheet,that is,when the volume When the score exceeds 20%,brittle fracture of the resin sheet will occur;When the number of layers(three layers)is increased,the increase in volume fraction can harden the resin sheet,and the effect of increasing the brittleness of the resin sheet caused by the increase in volume fraction is weakened.The quasi-static puncture resistance of the resin sheet increases as the volume fraction increases,and the maximum puncture resistance force occurs when the volume fraction increases to 30%.In short,when a single-size artificial diamond is filled into a resin sheet to prepare a multilayer anti-stabbing resin sheet,when the diameter of the artificial diamond is 300?m and the volume fraction is 30%,the anti-stab performance is the best.And the maximum puncture resistance of the stab-resistant resin sheet with 16 layers is 4.58 times that of the 4-layer resin sheet.(3)Three types of artificial diamond-filled polyimide resin-based composite resin sheets were prepared by hand lay-up and hot-press molding,which were single-layer uniform distribution structure,hand lay-up layer structure,and uniform distribution structure layer composite.structure.The research results show that the anti-stab performance of the resin sheet with the layered composite structure of the uniform structure layer has the best stab resistance;The experimental design proved that the layered arrangement of artificial diamond with different particle sizes and different volume fractions is beneficial to improve the puncture resistance of the resin sheet,and the arrangement of the resin sheet of sample 4 makes the puncture resistance optimal.The resin sheet has a lightest square weight of 5.84 kg/m~2,which achieves the goal of reducing 15%compared with the existing anti-stabbing materials on the market,and reducing the weight of the same type of pure resin sheet by 19%.And the resin sheet bonded by polyimide curing is better than the resin sheet bonded by double-sided tape,and it is better than the resin sheet which is not bonded.The double-sided adhesive laminated resin sheet can meet the performance test requirements when the square weight is 6.67kg,which is 10%lighter than the existing weight.(4)The anti-stab mechanism of the hard particle filled resin sheet was explored.By observing the angles and sharpness of artificial diamond,the reverse cutting roughening anti-stab mechanism and the collision barrier passivation anti-stab mechanism are proposed.And the observation of the cutting tool before and after the penetration with a scanning electron microscope proved the existence of the above two mechanisms.When the particle size of artificial diamond is smaller than the diameter of the tip,reverse cutting occurs.The smaller the particle size,the greater the probability of reverse cutting.When the particle diameter of artificial diamond is larger than the diameter of the tip,collision passivation occurs.The larger the diameter,the greater the probability of passivation.In addition,the two mechanisms also play an anti-stabbing effect in two ways,such as increasing the volume of the artificial diamond and lowering the rotational damping.When the resin sheets with the same protective area are arranged at the same pitch,among the four common shape resin sheets,the coverage probability is the highest when the regular hexagonal resin sheets are arranged.And the smaller the pitch,the greater the coverage probability;when the side length of the resin sheet is 5.5mm and the pitch is 0.48mm,the coverage rate can reach 90.61%,and the three-layer regular hexagon resin arrangement can reach 100%coverage.The softness of the resin sheet has a negative correlation with the ratio of the side length to the pitch of the resin sheet,and the resin sheet coverage probability has a positive correlation with the ratio of the resin sheet to the pitch.
