This paper uses the matter-element evaluation method to evaluate the safety risk management system of Jimo Power Company.The use of examples to verify the usefulness of the model system,it can point out the problems existing in the security risk management of power companies,and help us propose targeted improvement measures.Firstly,the article systematically combs the research results of existing research,and on this basis,analyzes the related factors affecting the security risk management of power companies from four aspects of physics,system,personnel and management,and builds corresponding security for the following.The risk assessment system lays the foundation.Then,the power enterprise security risk assessment model is constructed from six aspects:personnel safety,physical security,operational safety,system security,external security and management security.The system science examines all possible influencing factors.Subsequently,the data of Jimo Power Company was used to verify the scientific weight of the indicator system.The weight of the safety management risk assessment model established by the hierarchical network analysis method and the expert scoring method.Finally,the data of Jimo Power Company was used to verify the validity of the model.At the same time,a scientific judgment was made on the safety management level of Jimo Power Group,which laid a theoretical foundation and basis for the improvement measures proposed later.The study found that Jimo Power Company's safety management level is at a high level overall and performs well.In terms of segmentation indicators,the performance in terms of system security and management structure is slightly lower than that in terms of personnel and equipment.Finally,targeted policy recommendations and improvements were proposed.
