In recent years,the rapid development of information technology has promoted the reform of my country's oilfield production towards digital oilfields and intelligent oilfields.The proposal and application of oilfield electronic control integrated devices play a very important role in this reform process,the device integrates three system functions: power supply and distribution,automatic control and communication.The electronic control device replaces the traditional functional equipment and the buildings needed to place it,and Formed an integrated device with multiple functions.With the wide application of electronic control devices in oil fields,good actual production results have been achieved,And in the application process,the design and manufacturing of the device itself have been improved step by step.At present,the electronic control device has formed a serialized design,with standardized production requirements.The factory prefabricated production has shortened the construction period of the ground construction to a great extent and improved the production efficiency.Because most of the oilfield station environment is in very bad weather conditions,although the application of the electronic control device has the effect of unattended operation,there is still a need for staff on-site to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device,trherefore,the remote monitoring of the device has become the primary problem that needs to be solved at present.Based on the Android platform,this paper uses server and My SQL database to develop a remote monitoring and management system software suitable for integrated oilfield electronic control devices.Staff only need to install the APP on the Android smart phone to monitor the operation of the device anytime and anywhere.The entire system is based on the C/S architecture.Various sensors,cameras and other front-end equipment at the station are responsible for the collection of on-site data,and related operations involving data calculation,sorting,and image information processing are completed by the server.The server sends the processed data to the mobile terminal,and the mobile terminal smart device is responsible for the interaction between the staff and the virtual world.According to the software development process.First,analyze the functional requirements of the system design and the database requirements.Then,carry out detailed function module design and database design according to demand analysis.Finally,use relevant development tools to complete the system implementation and complete functional testing.The system designed this time has the function of station yard hierarchical management,station equipment management function,real-time monitoring function of equipment operation status,alarm information push function and document query function.After completing the system development,all functions of the system can be tested.After testing,all functions can run stably and complete their own functional tasks.The system has been applied in a water injection station of an oilfield in Northwest China,from the staff's feedback,the system has a good effect.This system has brought certain economic benefits to the enterprise and has been fully affirmed by users.
