The balance of the beam pumping unit is one of the key factors affecting its energy consumption.Due to the impact of the pumping unit's weight mismatch and the dynamic liquid level change on the balance,it is easy to cause its imbalance,while the beam pumping unit It is widely used in oil production equipment in major oilfields,and with the gradual arrival of intelligence and intelligence,the control requirements for beam pumping units are also constantly increasing.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the intelligent control system of the digital walking beam self-balancing pumping unit.Based on the beam pumping unit of the Xingzichuan Oil Production Plant's oil production team,the subject studied the characteristics of beam pumping units,and determined the requirements and control strategies for the intelligent control system of digital beam self-balancing pumping units.The architecture of the intelligent control system of the digital beam pumping unit self-balancing,the design of the digital intelligent pumping unit control cabinet,realizes the real-time automatic adjustment of the balance and stroke rate of the beam pumping unit.The control strategy adopts fuzzy control,and the fuzzy control algorithm of balance degree is combined with the electric swing arm type balance arm,so that the balance degree of the pumping unit is always stable within the ideal setting range.In terms of hardware,the main hardware of the intelligent control system was selected and analyzed.Based on STM32F103,the hardware design of the wellsite intelligent monitor was carried out,including the main control chip circuit and peripheral circuit,power supply circuit,load and angular displacement signal acquisition circuit,RS485 Communication circuit,three-phase electric parameter data reading circuit,display interface circuit and wireless communication circuit,etc.The upper monitoring platform consists of a data server and a monitoring host.The digital intelligent pumping unit control cabinet and the upper monitoring platform at the oil well site carry out data transmission through the wireless communication module.In terms of software,the u C/OS-? multi-task real-time operating system is run on the intelligent monitor in the control cabinet of the digital intelligent pumping unit,and the data is communicated with the monitoring platform through the 4G wireless communication network,and the data is uploaded to the upper monitoring platform for analysis Calculate and store it in the My Sql database of the server,and then send the obtained data to the wellsite intelligent monitor,and the intelligent monitor outputs the control signal,and finally realizes the real-time balance and stroke rate of the digital walking beam self-balancing pumping unit adjust.The concrete application effect of the digital beam self-balancing pumping unit intelligent control system in the Xingzichuan Oil Production Plant of Yanchang Oilfield shows that the balance value of the beam self-balancing pumping unit at the wellsite is stable within85%-115%,and the comprehensive saving The electricity rate reaches about 17%,which reduces the production and development cost of oil production,realizes the real-time and stable automatic adjustment of the balance and stroke rate of the beam pumping unit,satisfies the basic requirements of the intelligent control system,and realizes the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.,It has typical application value for oilfield development.
