Coal mining enterprises are located in remote areas,with bad working environment,high mental pressure of employees,high labor intensity,and certain safety risks.Many coal mine graduates no longer choose to work in coal mine enterprises,and more and more coal mine employees switch to other industries.In today's increasingly fierce market competition,coal mine enterprises pay more attention to the incentive of employees.As an important part of human resources,motivation can stimulate,guide,maintain and regulate the behavior of employees.It can not only attract and retain talents for enterprises,but also enable employees to actively complete the tasks assigned by enterprises,so as to effectively achieve the objectives of enterprise human resources management.In this paper,XL open-pit coal mine employees as the research object,through access to relevant information,according to the relevant incentive theory,using questionnaires and interviews,XL open-pit coal mine employees work expectations and satisfaction analysis,summed up and summed up the existing problems and deficiencies in the current XL open-pit coal mine employees incentive,mainly the imperfect salary and welfare incentive system,corporate culture The impact on employee motivation is not enough,lack of personal career development planning,lack of planning and pertinence for employee training,and lack of fairness in promotion motivation.Through the questionnaire survey and interview survey of XL surface coal mine employees' incentive preference factors,this paper analyzes the incentive demand preference of different types of employees,puts forward suggestions to improve employee incentive according to the incentive related theory,and gives the main incentive measures taken by different types of employees.We should strengthen the incentive effect of corporate culture and improve the salary and welfare incentive system for the employees in the selection period;we should do a good job in personal career development planning and comprehensive staff training plan for the employees in the growth period and adopt the post rotation incentive;we should establish a perfect competition mechanism and staff promotion system for the employees in the mature period,as well as the honor of the employees The Countermeasures of encouragement.We hope that through this kind of targeted incentive way to improve the work enthusiasm of XL open-pit coal mine enterprise employees,increase employee satisfaction,strengthen the sense of belonging of employees to the enterprise,avoid brain drain,strengthen human resource management,and encourage employees to progress,so as to enhance the production efficiency and economic efficiency of XL open-pit coal mine enterprise,and promote the sustainable,efficient and rapid development of the enterprise.
