With the rapid development of our social economy,environmental conditions become worse,the community has improving higher requirements for atmospheric environmental management.In recent years,the rise of information management technology,especially,the development of GIS and Database technology,greatly promoted the development of environmental atmospheric information management system.The combination of GIS and database technology,which is used to promote atmospheric environment information management system,have become the mainly development direction of the current atmospheric study.A perfect environmental atmospheric information management system is of the great significance to improve the efficiency of atmospheric environment information management and improved the quality of the atmospheric environment.The construction of emission inventory database of the Yangzhou City,which based on GIS and Database technology,is to summary and hendle the data which gain from the investigation comprehensively.The main target is to realize the function of query and modify.The establishment of a perfect air pollution source list management system can provide convenience for regional environmental management,planning,and evaluation,and can also provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive treatment of regional atmospheric environment.In this paper,the main goal is to simplify the pollutant emission inventory construction work flow and improve the efficiency of pollutant emission inventory for construction work.By using GIS and database technology,the study has made store,manage,visual express and analyse the survey data become reality.This paper is based on the data achieved in the investment of Yangzhou City air pollution emission inventory,the author collected the related spatial data and studied the process of the spatial database and attribute database creation,by using the ArcGIS and SQL Server 2008 and other softwares established air pollutant emission inventory database of Yangzhou City.By using Vsual C#and ArcEngine,the author has developed a data management software,which is used to manage the spatial data and attribute data of the Yangzhou City air pollutant emission inventory database.This paper mainly obtains the following achievements:(1)By using SQL Server2008 and ArcCatalog and other softwares,an air pollutant emission database of Yangzhou based on GIS has been established.By using ArcSDE spatial data engine,the spatial data and attribute data can be saved in the same database management system,which has promoted the efficiency of system.Using thetechnology of SQL server 2008,can make the Data migration,backup and share become more conveniently.(2)Using C#,which based on the.NET Visaul framework,combined with ArcEngine tool,which comes from ArcGIS platform,to realize secondary development.In this paper has already realize the function of map loading,editing,and the function of query and manage spatial data.(3)By using the C#programming language,the paper has developed a visualization calculation method software of national pollutant emission inventory technical guidelines,and has realized the local correction of pollutant discharge coefficient.Greatly reduced the workload of pollution source emission inventory construction and improved the efficiency of the construction of pollution source list.(4)In the investigation of pollution sources progress,the different types or formats of data may be collected.By using the programming language C#,author has developed a visualized data entry program that enables rapid entry of paper data and import electronic data(eg Word,Excel).at the same time,the entry program can also implement the modification and deletion of attribute data tables and spatial data tables.(5)In the VS2010 development environment,by using C#language and Color object,ColorRamp in the ArcEngine.The paper make the simple rendering map,only the value of rendering map,point density/field density map and histogram and pie maps's creating and outputting become reality.
