| T company steel pipe factory is mainly responsible for the national military industry to provide special steel products production tasks,its eastern production line for high alloy steel pipe varieties to provide the necessary acid washing treatment.As the acid-washing acid mist treatment device of the production line in the eastern district has been quite backward,far from meeting the requirements of environmental protection and continued production,its relocation and transformation is imperative.Because there are a lot of risk factors in the construction process,it is necessary to identify and evaluate the multi-factor factor factors that may lead to the delay of project progress,cost increase and quality reduction,and to formulate effective risk prevention measures,and adopt scientifically applicable risk management methods to ensure the smooth progress of the project.This paper takes T company steel pipe factory east line relocation project as the research object,based on the project risk management theory,adopts the brainstorming method,Delphi method,and effectively identifies the progress,quality,safety and environmental protection and financial risks existing in the East District production line relocation project by consulting experts.In order to better judge the degree of risk impact identified,the FMEA method is used to make qualitative analysis of risk,and the risk is quantitatively analyzed by using such risk mapping method to obtain the results of risk evaluation.After analysis,it is found that there is a medium risk in the relocation project of the production line in the eastern part of the Steel Pipe Factory of T company.By sorting the risk values,it is found that the project must focus on deferred risk,and although the RPN value of engineering quality risk and safety environmental risk is not high,it needs to focus on and control because of the high severity.Based on the results of the risk assessment,develop a project risk response strategy,including risk aversion,risk reduction,acceptance of risk,risk sharing.Through the development of project risk monitoring form,project risk tracking report,clear project risk control process,project risk monitoring,project risk management measures.By using the above project risk management methods,we can effectively prevent the occurrence of various types of risks,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the relocation project.The research of this paper will have applied reference significance to the risk management of the steel production line relocation project. |
