Research On Investment Risk Evaluation Of L Coal Wharf Project In Caofeidian Port Area

China is rich in coal resources with uneven regional distribution.The coal is widely distributed in the north and northwest,and the east and southwest are the main coal demand areas.Therefore,the transportation of coal from north to south and from west to east has become the main strategic pattern of coal in China.Caofeidian port is located in the northeast of Hebei province,the south of Tangshan city,is China's coal transport an important port.Based on the risk control theory,this paper adopts fuzzy analysis method to evaluate the project risk and applies it to Caofeidian L coal terminal project.First of all,it introduces the condition background and construction status of the project.The port construction project has the characteristics of long construction period,large investment amount and high investment risk.Identify port project investment risk assessment from five aspects of market risk,policy and financing risk,financing risk,operation risk and management risk.Secondly,according to the actual situation of Caofeidian port and the result of risk factor analysis and identification,the risk of Caofeidian L coal terminal project is divided at different levels,first-level index and second-level index are set up,and the risk evaluation index system is established.Then,in order to further evaluate the degree of risk of the project and design the research scheme,this paper combines the actual background of the project and analyzes the overall risk of the project through the combination of expert scoring and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and concludes that some risks exist.Finally,according to the main content of various project risks and their causes,through the risk analysis from the market risk,policy and financing risk,financing risk,operation risk,management risk,the control of each risk.This paper summarizes the research work,draws a conclusion,and puts forward the specific measures and methods of risk prevention.
