Risk management is from America,Germany and other countries before and after the 1920 s developed management methods,mainly from the enterprise management to do correlation analysis,the risk of the need to do research for treatment and risk happens to help enterprises in terms of financial stability returns in a short time,maintain the vitality of business and realization resources use.In our country,more and more construction projects,the resulting risk of increased,to the whole process of a full range of engineering construction project risk control,by strengthening the technical ability,makes the four management of engineering projects,including investment management,schedule management,quality management,safety management can be implemented,the implementation project investment decision-making of global optimization and the overall management thought has very important practical significance.Technological transformation project is one of the more commonly used manufacturing transformation means,the process for the project,design,procurement,construction and commissioning.Baosteel No.2 blast furnace hearth water system reconstruction project is commissioned by the blast furnace body,to help solve two blast furnace hearth sidewall persistent abnormal temperature rise situation.To further enhance the cooling water to meet the needs of blast furnace longevity,this system expansion transformation.At the same time,in order to achieve the requirements of production units as soon as possible,to avoid unnecessary problems,ensure the project completed on schedule,improve the hearth cooling intensity,risk control of the project.Firstly,the project risk management theory starting to get second blast furnace hearth Characteristics of water system of risk management,and secondly to the second blast furnace hearth water system improvement projects as the carrier,carried out risk identification,qualitative and quantitative analysis carried out.After every major risks two blast furnace hearth water system reconstruction project progresses even risk response,and to develop appropriate measures.Finally,the various stages of the second blast furnace hearth water system reconstruction project developed a risk monitoring measures and focus on the risk factors to develop the appropriate measures to ensure that risk control.At last,the project risks in a time of risk,technology risk and security risk analysis,AHP get important risk factor,and then take effective countermeasures,making the project the ultimate aim.
