At present,China's mechanical processing industry is developing rapidly towards the direction of modern advanced processing technology.CNC machining is a high-end machining technology in mechanical processing industry,and the use of high-precision CNC machine tools to process parts represents the highest level of CNC machining technology.At present,in order to improve the performance and simplify the structure of machine parts and products in the mechanical processing industry,parts are gradually developing towards the direction of one-step forming and part shape complexity,so a lot of complex surface parts are formed.This kind of complex surface parts can replace the parts with larger structure which are completed by welding and assembling.At the same time,it also solves the defect that the propeller and some core complex surface parts can not be processed due to the limitation of numerical control processing technology.Therefore,according to the actual development of China's mechanical processing industry,this paper takes complex surface parts impeller shaft as an example to carry out processing experiments.The machining process of impeller shaft parts is optimized by changing the cutting parameters,tool parameters and tool path.This paper mainly studies how to use CNC machine tools to process impeller shaft surface and optimize the processing technology.With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,the requirements of products for processing technology are constantly improving,and the research on the processing technology of complex parts is the general trend.In this paper,the complex surface parts impeller shaft as an example,the systematic study of the impeller shaft surface processing methods and process parameters.Through the use of finite element software for cutting dynamic force analysis of the processing parts,and then optimize and upgrade the processing technology,so as to achieve the purpose of improving product quality,processing efficiency and enterprise benefits.In this paper,firstly,the field processing experiment of the machined parts is carried out,and then the stress analysis of the machined parts is carried out by using the finite element software.According to the experimental results,select more appropriate processing steps,explore the influence of processing accuracy on parts,analyze the problems that may appear in the processing process,and provide the corresponding solutions,and finally select the most reasonable processing technology.This paper focuses on the processing method of impeller shaft surface under the condition of numerical control processing,analyzes and arranges the processing steps of parts in detail,and optimizes the cutter parameters,tool path and tool point setting through finite element analysis,so as to ensure the high precision of parts.This paper determines a set of detailed processing steps,which greatly improves the machining efficiency and qualified rate of impeller shaft surface.It has guiding significance for the machining of other types of complex surface parts.
