Drying system is the key unit of gravure printing machine,drying system,the drying efficiency and performance directly affect the drying effect of the substrate,decide the printing quality and the enterprise benefit.According to the Shaanxi Beiren Printing Machinery Co.,Ltd.provide semi suspension drying box model,in SolidWorks by Boolean calculation established the 3D model of the drying box,based on fluid mechanics,aerodynamics and kinematics principle,using CFD simulation software on the inside of the cavity of the eddy current and wind mouth out of simulation and structure to improve the uniformity of the wind,so as to improve the overall performance of the drying box.This is the main research contents:(1)Using 3D software Solidwork for the drying box overall three-dimensional modeling.According to the relevant knowledge of hot air drying principle and fluid mechanics,flow field simulation.Get under ideal conditions,the inner cavity of the drying box overall thermal wind flow trajectories and the inner cavity of the slice contours of speed and air nozzle speed line chart,and extract every wind mouth wind speed values,calculating the average value and standard difference.(2)Select suitable guide plate shape,determine the number of the best guiding plate,determine the best guiding plate arrangement and ultimately selected 5 group arithmetic decreasing arrangement of 45 arc shaped guiding plate is the best form.Find diversion plate introduced will reduce the wind speed,but in the range of allowable speed,guide plate achieve good flow effect,uniform drying box is arranged in the inner cavity of the hot air flow,reduce vortex,the flow velocity is more stable.(3)Compares the final structure and structure optimization,validating the effect of optimization.The wind speed in wind mouth value within the allowable range decreased,standard deviation decreased obviously,uniformity is improved,so that the structure can improve the uniformity of the wind wind mouth.For the first time,system analysis the guide plate for drying box flow impact and guide plate for the key parameters,change guide plate shape,number and arrangement forms,the improved structure to achieve a better uniformity of the wind.This paper provides technical support and theoretical basis for the further development of the drying box.
