Research On DT Coal Mine Enterprise Culture Construction

As an extremely important cornerstone of China's economic and social development,the coal industry has a very significant strategic position in ensuring China's national energy security.In accordance with the earnest entrustment of "doing a good job in coal" proposed by President Xi Jinping,the enterprise culture construction of coal mine enterprises will be actively promoted to achieve high-quality transformation development and efficient utilization of clean energy in the coal mine industry.In this thesis,DT coal mining enterprises as the research object,based on the analysis of the background theory of corporate culture construction,through field research and interviews,the theoretical research on coal mining corporate culture construction is carried out.First,analyze the status quo of corporate culture construction of DT coal mine from the spiritual,material,institutional and behavioral levels,and capture relevant information about the status quo of corporate culture.Then,combining with AHP and field research,the thesis makes a comparative analysis and concludes the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture.After that,the thesis analyzes the causes of the existing problems,finds out the restrictive factors affecting the enterprise culture construction,designs and optimizes the formulation scheme and relevant safeguard measures of enterprise culture construction,so as to ensure that the culture construction mechanism of DT coal mine enterprise is more perfect.In the last,combined with the distinguishing feature and development tendency of the industry,this thesis makes further efforts to describes the role of related research in promoting the development of the coal industry,prospects the development of coal mining enterprises,and extends to the prospect of the research and development of corporate culture.The purpose of this thesis is to offer a certain decision-making reference for the relevant enterprises to improve the management level through the research on the construction of corporate culture in coal enterprises and giving specific implementation strategies.
