As the oil phase component of emulsion explosive,the role of emulsifier in the emulsion explosive is very important.The emulsification of the emulsifier has an important influence on explosion performance and storage stability of the emulsion explosive.In this paper,through the exploration of the synthetic process of polyisobutylene succinate polyethylene glycol,the optimal conditions for the synthesis of polyisobutylene succinate polyethylene glycol ester were determined.Under optimal synthetic conditions,a series of polyethylene glycols with different molecular weight were used as raw materials,a series of polymer emulsifier were synthesized.The acid value,hydroxyl value,saponification value and emulsifying power value of synthesized polymer emulsifier were tested.At the same time,the synthesized emulsifier was used to prepare emulsion explosive,and its influence on emulsion explosive performance was investigated.The single factor variable method was used to optimize reaction conditions including reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst,composition ratio of raw materials,etc.,and the optimal process conditions for synthesizing polyisobutylene succinate polyethylene glycol ester were determined as follows:under vacuum condition,Na HCO3used as a catalyst,m(polyisobutylene succinic anhydride):m(polyethylene glycol)=4.0:1,m(polyisobutylene succinic anhydride):m(Na HCO3)=1:0.2,and the reaction temperature was 190?,stirring rate was 300 r/min,reaction time was 6 h,and cooled with normal temperature water.The polyisobutylene succinate polyethylene glycol ester prepared under these conditions had an acid value of 5.9 mg KOH/g,a hydroxyl value of 267.3 mg KOH/g,and an emulsifying power of 43 min.The performance of the emulsifier was examined by measuring the emulsifying power of the synthesized emulsifier and the stability of the latex matrix.The results showed that the emulsifying power of the five emulsifiers synthesized using ethylene glycol,polyethylene glycol 100,polyethylene glycol 200,polyethylene glycol 400,polyethylene glycol 600 was better than similar products,and the best emulsifier was prepared by polyethylene glycol 200.
