With the development of informatization in recent years,the MES system is the key to the modern computer integrated manufacturing system CIMS.It can optimize the production and manufacturing management mode of the entire enterprise,strengthen the efficiency of collaborative work between various departments,and help the enterprise improve the quality of service.The metallurgical industry attaches great importance to the information system of steel mills,and optimizes and upgrades the information system with the goal of informatization to drive the development of automation.This system takes the 150t electric arc furnace of a certain iron and steel group as the background to design and realize the electric arc furnace process control system.For the smelting process,a set of process control system connected with the MES system and the basic automation system is designed,which realizes the real-time control of the smelting process,model guidance,optimized calculation and other functions,and finally lays the foundation for one-click steelmaking.Firstly,the characteristics of Consteel arc furnace and traditional arc furnace studied in this paper are studied,and the mathematical modeling and simulation of smelting process are carried out.The batching model aims at the minimum batching cost and the lowest energy consumption per ton of steel.Based on the dual objectives,Differential Evolution Algorithm is used to solve the input ratio of scrap and auxiliary materials,and finally the optimal solution set is obtained.The energy balance model uses the physical modeling method to calculate the three modules of energy supply,loss and loss,and completes the energy distribution in different smelting stages.Based on the establishment of electrical model of transformer,the electric characteristic curve and special working point of EAF are analyzed,and the selection of power supply strategy realizes the matching of reasonable working point and selection of different gears and transformer gears,and the reasonable power supply system and power supply curve are formulated.The method of linear programming was used to optimize the alloy feeding model to achieve the function of minimum cost batching.At the same time,other models are designed,which play a good role in guiding the smelting process.Secondly,design and implement the software architecture for the entire process control system.The architecture of the system is built in a three-tier structure model,and the structure is derived according to the required functions.The required functions of the software are divided into modules and detailed design.On this basis,the functions of the C#program and the database program business logic are allocated to achieve A good structured software system.Third,the Oracle database was designed for the system data function requirements,and the design of related tables,views and other functions was completed.The data storage and data communication were realized in combination with related network technology,and the smelting status,feeding and other process data in the smelting process were carried out.Real-time recording and tracking,the database communicates with the remote database through DBLink,and interacts with planning information,so that the production is coordinated among the secondary systems,and the basic automation level uses OPC communication for data interaction.Finally,design and debug the interactive interface of the process control system.In terms of hardware configuration,the mainstream server configuration is analyzed,and the redundant configuration mode is selected,which greatly increases the fault tolerance of the system;combined with the function of the system module to realize the design of each interface,mainly completes the definition of the production plan and the monitoring of smelting information,Process guidance,model prediction and other functions;and simulate the on-site situation under laboratory conditions to perform specific debugging of various functions,and finally completed on-site debugging and achieved good results.The overall structure of the EAF process control system designed in this paper takes the three-layer structure as the framework.It is developed around the informationization,combined with the relevant database technology and communication methods to build the system,and guides the production according to the established smelting process model,which plays a good guiding function in the production.
