In the 21 century,a new round of technology and industrial revolution with the Internet as the core has flourished,the rise of new information technologies such as big data,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things has brought about not only the breaking of the traditional accounting industry,but also the re-establishment of accounting work and accounting operations.The financial shared service center generated on this basis is regarded by many as an important step to realize the financial digital transformation and the intelligent development of enterprise groups.Due to the short time of introducing financial sharing model in China,there are still many problems and challenges in the practice stage.How to establish a scientific and effective supporting performance index system is one of the issues that are widely concerned by theoretical and practical researchers.In fact,experts and scholars mostly analyze the problem from the theoretical level,and this paper chooses the case analysis method to comprehensively introduce how to establish a matching performance evaluation system according to the status quo of the enterprise financial shared service center,including designing various indicators,calculating weights,etc.Through the research on the construction of the performance evaluation system of the financial shared service center,the knowledge of the financial sharing model is enriched and its application value is improved.Based on the relevant theories of financial shared service center and enterprise performance evaluation,this paper chooses to analyze the case of A enterprise financial shared service center.First,the overall situation of A company and its financial shared service center is introduced in detail,including the establishment of background and organizational structure.The status quo of the financial shared service center performance evaluation system and its existing problems are further introduced,and a four-dimensional performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard is established.In the design process,based on the strategic objectives of the Financial Sharing Center,a strategic map was drawn based on the key characteristics of its performance evaluation and swot analysis,and 21 evaluation indicators were determined.Through the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,it is comprehensively evaluated,and based on the evaluation results,the corresponding improvement opinions of A company financial shared service center are put forward.Based on the "theoretical + practice" research method,this paper combines the balanced scorecard with the financial shared service center to construct a scientific performance evaluation system to provide indicators for the managers of the financial shared service center.It also introduces the evaluation method of qualitative and quantitative analysis composed of questionnaires and mathematical models,hoping to give some inspiration to other companies in the field to build performance evaluation system.
