Research On The Investment Evaluation Of A Company's Acquisition Of B Oil Depot

In recent years,due to the slowdown of economic growth,the increasingly fierce market competition environment and the increasingly complex investment environment,some enterprises are eager to expand the industrial layout,which often lead to investment failure due to the deviation of strategic objectives,the unexpected returns,the inaccurate risk assessment factors and the weak ability to adapt to risks.Therefore,it is very important for enterprises to do a systematic evaluation research before carrying out project investment.In view of the numerous types of enterprise investment,this dissertation is aimed at the evaluation of asset acquisition projects,and takes "A company's asset acquisition of B oil depot " as a case study.Based on the previous literature research and guided by the realization of company A's strategic goal,it analyzes the advantages and significance of asset acquisition of B oil depot,estimates the investment amount of the project based on the oil depot reconstruction plan,and forecasts the market share of the project through the analysis of the product oil market in the radiation area of the oil depot.Based on the above content,it makes economic evaluation,uncertainty analysis and risk analysis for the project.The results show: the after tax financial internal rate of return of the project exceeds the benchmark rate of return,the after tax financial net present value is positive,the static investment payback period is within the project evaluation period,the theoretical loan repayment period,and has good profitability and solvency,through the construction of risk assessment system,the risk impact degree is determined,and the result is "less impact".It meets the basic requirements of economic evaluation and the risk is controllable,so it agrees to acquire the assets of B oil depot by company A.Through the evaluation and analysis of the case,on the one hand,it is used as a reference for the investment investment decision of the enterprise;on the other hand,it is hoped that the evaluation process of the project can provide some theoretical and methodological references for other asset acquisition projects in terms of research methods,analysis dimensions,evaluation angles,etc.
