In order to solve the problem of shortage of excavation replacement in Zhangcun mine,taking the West downhill return air roadway and 2206 haulage roadway as the engineering background,the research method of combining numerical simulation,similar simulation and field measurement is adopted to study the fast excavation technology of the integration of excavation,support and anchor(1)The surrounding rock deformation characteristics and support stress characteristics of driving bolt separation roadway are studied.When driving along the roof and floor,the roof subsidence decreases with the increase of the number of supporting bolts;the development range of the plastic zone in the surrounding rock and coal body in front of the working face decreases with the increase of the support strength of the roof;the stress field distribution of a single bolt presents the characteristics of "two peaks with one valley";the stress field distribution of two bolts presents the characteristics of "four peaks and one basin".(2)The stress and structure evolution of surrounding rock of heading face are tested.Using kjh-d explosion-proof ground penetrating radar detection,it is found that there is no obvious structure within 40 m in front of the heading face,which is less affected by disturbance.The results show that the main stress direction of surrounding rock at the measuring point is not affected by excavation;the empty top distance is inversely proportional to the stress of anchor cable,but the influence degree is small,and the anchoring force of top anchor is slightly larger than that of side anchor.(3)The mechanism and technology of continuous parallel operation of excavation and support anchor are studied.The closer the distance between the support device and the driving face,the smaller the overall settlement space of the upper roof;the pre tension of the anchor is positively related to the range of the formed compressive stress area,but the pressure value remains unchanged after the pre tightening force exceeds a certain value;the range of the tensile stress area at the end of the anchor rod and anchor cable is positively correlated with the pre tension force;the increase of the pretension of the anchor cable can effectively reduce the tensile stress area of the end of the anchor rod The pre tightening force required by anchor and anchor cable is positively correlated;the original "digging one anchor one" support method is "digging three anchors and three",and permanent support is completed in two steps.(4)Industrial tests were carried out.The new technology has realized continuous parallel operation to the maximum extent.The maximum shift footage of the West downhill return air lane has been increased by 70%,the 2206 roadway is 130%,the average daily advance of 2206 is increased by 18% and the driving efficiency is improved by 22%.The roof of the roof can be supported continuously by the end support shed support,which can achieve the effect of permanent support,and greatly improve the efficiency of the excavation.There are 80 pictures,15 tables and 68 references.
