Powder metallurgy forming technology is a green manufacturing technology with high precision and low cost.It has been widely used in the manufacture of auto parts.However,a small amount of burrs will be generated during the forming and sintering manufacturing process,which will directly affect the zero of powder metallurgy automobiles.Surface quality of parts.At present,manufacturers mainly use manual hand-held deburring tools to deburr powder metallurgy auto parts.This deburring method has high work intensity and low production efficiency.Therefore,it has developed a deburring efficiency,good reliability,The easy-to-operate and low-cost automatic burr grinding equipment is of great significance.This paper has carried out the overall layout and detailed design of the automatic burr polishing equipment.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the purpose and significance of the development of automatic burr polishing equipment are introduced.By investigating the research status of deburring technology and equipment at home and abroad,it is concluded that the development of automatic burr polishing equipment is necessary.Secondly,according to the structural characteristics of the workpiece and the distribution of the burr area,the overall design plan of the burr gri nding equipment is clarified,which mainly includes the design of the station design and the control part of the burr grinding executive part.The executive part adopts an eight-station turntable,and the control part adopts a PLC plus a microcontroller method to control the polishing trajectory of the equipment.Then use the Solidworks software to design the mechanical structure of the automatic burr polishing equipment,which mainly includes the polishing mechanism,fixture mechanism,turning mechanism,blowing mechanism,dust collection mechanism and other structures,and finally realize the equipment mechanical structure assembly,and select through calculation Suitable for air cylinders,stepping motors and their drivers.Then according to the functions that need to be realized in the hardware design of the burr polishing equipment,design the main circuit design of the equipment,PLC input circuit design,PLC output circuit design,stepper motor drive circuit design,and introduce in detail the main components including sensors,microcontrollers and Selection and performance parameters of the touch screen.Then,according to the functions that need to be implemented in the design of the burr polishing equipment software,use Delta PLC's ISPSoft software to program the indexing plate program,the polishing mechanism program,the equipment alarm program,the turning mechanism program,etc.,and use the DOPSoft Delta man-machine programming software.Design interfaces for parameter monitoring,manual control,real-time curve,jog output,parameter setting,etc.Finally,after the equipment is installed and debugged,the deburring experiment is carried out.According to the experimental results,the equipment meets the expected design requirements.Compared with manual deburring,the efficiency per hour is increased by about 400%.Through orthogonal experiments,Preliminarily obtained the best brush speed of 12500r/min and brush feed speed of 15mm/s for the best deburring effect of the equipment.
