The fast pace of modern life makes more and more people want to pursue freedom and liberation.Outdoor sports are deeply loved by everyone and become an important way for people to relieve pressure and release their body and mind.Due to the good comfort and ductility of knitted fabrics,people's preference for knitted sports fabrics is increasing.Commonly used outdoor sportswear clothing thickness increase filler or improve thermal performance,the use of the heat preservation effect is remarkable,but neither beautiful nor convenient movement stretch,and hygroscopic calorific fiber is an ideal raw material to increase the clothing light and warm,the water vapor heat generated from the fiber by absorbing the body to achieve the effect of warm.Domestic raw materials selection and design of outdoor textile design is not perfect,and the study of functional outdoor clothing is still in infancy,based on the present situation,this topic proposed development hygroscopic calorific fabrics for outdoor sports,using Dralon acrylic pilling resistance superfine fiber,rayon and combed cotton as the raw material moisture absorption heat fabric weaving.In outdoor sports may encounter rain and snow weather,rainwater accumulation between the body and fabric,will cause the clammy feeling,the human body wearing comfort is poor,in order to deal with bad outdoor weather conditions,prevent the rain wet cause discomfort to human body,and increase research and development and innovation of functional fabrics,the experiment using the fabrics of add waterproof processing,through the waterproof finishing process and will be of low surface energy material finishing to the fabric surface,the formation of organic silicon thin film,make the fabric has waterproof effect,expand the product application of knitted sportswear,hiking or climbing in the outdoor rain weather can assure the basic wear fabric performance,It is of practical significance for the function of outdoor sports clothing to reduce the impact of environmental change on clothing comfort.To this end,this paper carried out the following research work,through the experimental analysis and research:1?Through to the ordinary acrylic and Dralon acrylic fiber surface morphology observation and comparison of moisture absorption performance and mechanical performance,the study found that in the electron microscope figure Dralon superfine rules of resistance to pilling acrylic fiber cross section are not circular,but "dumbbell" shape,the structure can be stored air between the fiber and fiber,increase the warmth retention property,distribution of longitudinal grooves,rough surface morphology of boosting the holding force in the process of spinning,yarn,easily Dralon acrylic fiber breaking strength,friction coefficient,hygroscopicity were superior to ordinary acrylic,is conducive to the follow-up of the spinning and weaving.Dralon ultrafine Denymer acrylic fiber suitable for spinning and viscose and cotton blended with good hygroscopic property are selected to develop the weaving process.The weaving process of hygroscopic and heating fabric is determined by selecting the weft knitting single side plain knitting structure.2?Design material proportion,a total of 10 kinds of fabrics,and testing its thickness and gram weight and so on,use of statistical software SPSS24.0 carries on the analysis,it is concluded that the experimental sample has no statistically significant difference,and the basic performance test was carried out on the sample and moisture absorption heat test,comprehensive evaluation method by using multilevel fuzzy decision on fabric properties were analyzed,and the selection of the best performance ratio of raw materials,optimize the moisture absorption type heat movement fabric design.The results show that when the blending ratio of Dralon acrylic and viscose is50/50,the overall performance of the fabric is the best.3?With the pad and coating method for fabric waterproofing,the huntsman cfc-free,waterproofing agent,healthy environmental protection,while giving water proofing property ensures good thermal comfort,chemical composition as the organic silicon compounds,explore the padding process finishing agent concentration,curing temperature,dipping time on the effect of waterproof fabric and coating process of concentration of finishing agent,thickening agent,coating and pressure influence on waterproof fabric,finally determine the waterproof pad process conditions in the concentration of finishing agent for 50 g/L,dipping experiment sample in liquid in 6min,at 150 ? temperature curing 3 min.Under the coating process conditions,the concentration of waterproof finishing agent was 50g/L,the dosage of thickener was 0.5? 1.0%,the coating pressure was adjusted to 8mm,and the sample was baked at 170?for 3min.4?Use the best pad and coating process,respectively in Dralon acrylic/viscose blended ratio 50/50 fabric processing,using X-ray photoelectron spectrometer to determine the existence of Si element and its atomic percentage at about 0.1,and the use of Fourier infrared spectrum to investigate the treatment of reactive groups,can draw macromolecular group participated in the reaction to form the polysiloxane compounds,reduces the surface tension,the fabric is waterproof.By observing the fabric morphology under scanning electron microscope,it can be seen that the waterproof finishing agent reacts with the fabric to form a dense and uniform elastic film,which forms a waterproof layer,and the elastic film wraps each fiber.5?Compared with the original sample,the results show that the fabric has little effect on the heat preservation,and the air permeability and moisture absorption heating property are slightly decreased.The highest temperature rise can reach 8.3 ? before treatment,7.6? after treatment and 5.9? after treatment.6?In friction experiment,after 600 times of friction,waterproof membrane fiber wrapped by no obvious phenomenon,the fiber package is relatively complete,pad and two kinds of coating were similar,after treatment the fabric of the friction surface friction after 1000 times of the treated fabric coating method by water contact Angle is121 °,and the water contact Angle of the treated fabric pad is 125 °,waterproof properties is not lost,washing experiment,after 10 times of washing,pad and fabric coating process of water contact Angle 145 °,141 °,respectively,after washing 20 times,pad and fabric coating process of water contact Angle 132 °,127 °,respectively,The dip-rolled finished fabric has better comprehensive properties than the coated finished fabric.According to the outdoor sports needs of fabrics,this project combines Dralon acrylic fiber with waterproof finishing to get knitted fabrics with both moisture absorption and heat absorption and waterproof effect,which can be expanded to blend with other fibers to design clothing fabrics with excellent wearing comfort,and gradually expand the application.After analyzing the data obtained from the experiment,the best raw materials and finishing methods for comfort and sense of use were selected,which will have a wide application prospect in wearing products and have a guiding significance for the functional application of sportswear.
